Great location in downtown Moab, easily accessible to shops and restaurants. Liked the water and coffee and tea in the lobby. Front desk staff was friendly. Shower had two shower heads which was cool. Beds were comfy. Few maintenance issues like the cabinets not closing all the way and the faucet not bolted down properly. Overall decent place.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The double shower head in the shower, was a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable and clean (checked with a UV light). I have no reservations about staying here again. Good work!

Like many hotels out there, this is a pretty standard-looking hotel (bed, TV, table, etc.), except with a bathroom that's roughly twice the size of a standard hotel in this price range. Regardless, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is also very accommodating -- huge shoutout to Xander for helping us out when we came a day early and for being very nice :) We would definitely stay again if we come by again.

Super clean and great location. If you are looking for trailer parking, unless i missed it, there is very limited or no parking for rigs with trailers. It is an incredible location and pretty quiet.

The room wasn’t super fancy, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was really pleasant. Location was in walking distance to restaurants and shops. We’d stay there again.

Booked this property as I like to stay somewhere new every time I visit Moab. With it being family owned, I was actually more excited to get away from the commercial route this stay. I definitely regret my decision. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. The heated pool was heated just enough to not be too cold. The ice machines were dirty and didn’t work. There was a weird stench in the parking lot. The heat/ac unit made a super loud grinding noise out of nowhere. The front desk girl was sweet and tried to call a sister property to see if we would be able to use their hot tub. Even their hot tub was closed. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Totally put a damper on our trip. Once it gets dark, the only thing to do in Moab is bar hop and we’re not bar people, so the hot tub is usually our go to. We hung out in our room most of the evening. Very anticlimactic stay to say the least.

This is a very nice cabin. Style, decor and trees. The bad; do not list you have WiFi if it is "spotty" or intermittent. I was never able to connent in my 4 night, 5 day stay. The noise from nearby roadway is intense until early morning hours. Even with ear plugs, no sleep.

Good location. Feels really dirty upon walking in and the smell. Old motels will do that. They don't offer cots if you have extra ppl. We had (6 with our 4 kids)There was a hole in the ceiling in one part of the room outside the bathroom, paint peeling in the batbroom. No fan in the bathroom (1st floor) and mold above the shower. Definitely an old motel but they could use some decent repairs. We did get "upgraded" to the second floor, but the moisture in the air in the bathroom even with the fan doesn't do well. Even on moderately warm showers, the walls were wet. Pool was closed for maintenance which i didnt see when booking. If/ when we back we will stay else where. Staff was great besides that!

Nice Enough basic hotel. Centrally located. However, two of the three nights the neighbors dog was whining. I had to call twice. It didn’t solve the issue. I went to bed with earplugs in. It’s too bad. The manager On duty wasn’t able to do anything

The property is located in a convenient spot for walking to eat and shop. I was told they had secure bikes storage before I booked only to find that anyone could gain access to the bike storage room so was not able to use it. We were told they had a pool and hot tub but they were closed for maintenance the entire week. Overall it was no big deal and we felt it was a good value for the cost.

My kids and I just needed a place to stay for the night to break up a long drive home. The room was clean and spacious. Only thing that was a downfall was the smell of the room. You certainly know the room is clean because of the overwhelming smell of cleaning chemicals. We tried having the windows and door open to try to air out the smell, but no luck. Those sensitive to these smells probably would not be able to brush it off as it is rather strong.

It was a quick stop. We spent one night here. We enjoyed our stay. It was a short drive the next morning to Arches National Park. The shower in our room was fantastic and relaxing after driving 12 hours that day. The room was big and the beds were super comfy. We had a room with a balcony which the staff made sure we knew if we went out to bring our keys cause it does lock. The only downside was the parking. We had to park far from where our room was due to the parking lot being very small and tight. But overall great experience and the staff made sure to check when we would arrive because we had not arrived by 9 and they close the lobby at 11 pm so they wanted to make sure we knew the necessary steps in case we didn’t make it by then.

There were bed bugs in the room, they bit me all night, it was a really scary experience that I don't recommend to anyone.

However, we are already starting to see the Elm Seed Bugs arrive early than normal. The Elm Seed Bug is the newest nuisance pest. They are a completely harmless bug. They enter homes and buildings in numbers. They are not a health threat. They do not feed on stored food, furniture, clothing or building structures. 2 star at best! Property and rooms are broken down and tired. The cleaning crew never cleaned my room in 3 days, I had to go find her for needs. The bed had a sharp frame support sticking out many inches n the side of bed that I kept hitting my ankle on (ouch). No hot water in 4 days (warm at best). Hot tub was closed! Also no bikes in room (seriously?). This was not worth the money. Good location and close to food and shopping with plenty of parking.

Hotel was good. If you come in late you most likely won't find parking near your room but can park in the front. The rooms were rooms but you don't come to Moab to stay in your room. Our only complaint was the wifi wasn't working and we needed to work.

Average stay at Moab.
It was 3-night stay in this hotel. Very well located, and the restaurants are all very close. Arches National Park is just a few miles away. Although the price was on the higher side, no breakfast. When we reached around 7.30 PM, no one was there in the reception, and had to wait for around 20 minutes for someone to show up. However, the person in the reception were cordial. The coffee machine in our room was not working. But when we mentioned this in the reception, they provided another instantly. One major issue is there was no place inside the bathroom to hang your clothes, and it was very inconvenient.
