We would also like to confirm the care we reserve for cleaning of our rooms and we hope you will understand that despite control and disinfestation interventions, it is not always possible to completely avoid the presence of insects, especially for those rooms overlooking the garden.What we regret the most is anyway that you had an unpleasant feeling with our reception staff who missed the opportunity to show you how important the guest is to us.
