I arrived at night and they made me stand in the cold for 25-mins while 3 people checked-in through the side window. It was a very windy night, and it made the whole area feel more sketch than I thought it was. I felt frustrated by the lack of communication and slow check-in process with the night clerk, especially as we all waited standing out in the cold. Their demeanor bordered on rudeness, which added to the discomfort of the situation. When I finally got into my room, it was freezing as well and the blankets on the bed where so thin, I had to wear sweat pants and a fleece jacket to bed. Eventually, the room heated up, after the heater was on for some time. Other than that, the room was clean and had most of the amenities you would expect. I will just be staying at another hotel when I come for business in the future. I drove out early to get good sleep before a big important day, any I lost 1-2 hours of sleep to the cold.

Went to my room. Door was loose and wouldn’t shut securely. Sketchy looking vehicles slowly driving through the parking lot and leaving. As well as sketchy people sitting in their cars outside my room. Didn’t stay. Left immediately.

Rude is an understatement
Was told by front clerk no rooms were available. Only to be able to go on Hotels.com book a room and walk back in 5 mins later. Front clerk was extremely rude and unpleasant. Took forever to check in and then was just handed a key and not given any information as to when check out was or which direction the room was in. Not told to enjoy stay or any kind of pleasantries. She just barked no smoking at me instead. I dont even smoke. The room itself was not bad but the service was the worst Ive dealt with by far.

Customer service is a big miss at this location. The receptionist set the vibe right away. When I arrived she didn’t really talk and was really bland. The room was on the second floor with a majority of the property vacant. No direction to the accommodation was provided at the front. The area is really sketch and the freeway is super noisy. There was no location preference

The Owner / Manager is always helpful, accommodating of needs, and professional in his demeanor. The property satisfies a clean and safe environment. it is an older property, so allow for some dated and service worn amendments. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had a problem with noise from other rooms, theft, or other inconveniences. The hotel is on a frontage road to a freeway so you may expect some road noise, depending on your location in the complex. I would recommend this hotel for location, convenience, and price.

it wasn’t the best hotel. the pictures make it look so different. it was super dirty and the ac kept turning off and on & i left a jacket there and called them and they said they don’t have it. i don’t live near ceres so not sure if i’m ever getting it back. the lady at the front desk when i checked in at night was super sweet but when i checked out the guy was very low spoken and couldn’t hear him at all.

This is not what I expected the hotel was not in good condition very dirty and outdated rooms they said they had free breakfast but in reality all they was pastries and coffee there was Cockroaches and the beds where dirty as well as the towels.

Paid ny stay, gave my deposit and when it was time to check out the woman said they don’t do deposits and didn’t give me back the $50 i paid for deposit they initially told me i would get back. Very disappointed about that!

Worst hotel ever stayed in, noisy & dirty
The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, towels felt like sand paper, you can hear the freeway loudly, doors don't seal, bathroom door hinge falling off, bathroom walls not sealed, old shower head caked with minerals, hair on floors, on bathroom floor, on sink, in bathtub, didnt look like they cared to clean. Bad location, felt like the car was going to get broken into. Looks ok in the online advertisement pics but the hotel sucks. I tried to add more pics of this place but it wouldn't let me. Was supposed to be free breakfast, it was a muffin. Do not stay here, worse than a Motel 6. Front desk staff are not friendly. Wish I could get a refund.
