Hotel molto buono, pulito e con ristorante annesso. Colazione ottima. Circondario un po' sporco ma se si usa per business non ci sono problemi.

No breakfast. The room looks dated and worn out. Bathroom is good, though. It is located on an industrial area. Good only if you need to sleep and you are just passing by

Muy buen hotel
El hotel está muy bien, la habitación que pedimos era familiar para 3 personas y estaba enorme podrían estar tranquilamente 5 personas. Muy limpia muy cómoda, el baño enorme. Todo el personal muy amable, sobre todo la Srita.Silvia de la recepción. El desayuno muy bueno muy abundante. No es un hotel que esté en la ciudad pero para ir de camino hacia otra ciudad como fue nuestro caso, está perfecto.

Not for tourism, you can find more charm in the hills in Piemonte, off the beaten road. For business traveller it is reasonably near the motorway exit, restaurant is valid and closes for orders 21:30 allowing late check in. My room was spacious, fine, clean a well equipped for my needs. Location “in the middle of nowhere” although with a massive cinema complex , when we are allowed out again to do something different atypical on a business evening

A good stopover
Nice and friendly staff. Modern and clean room. Simple hotel located near Alessandria. First trip to Italy since Covid-19 and we felt super safe in the hotel. This was a good 1 night stopover.

Temperature in the room didn’t work. Shower door didn’t shut properly. Breakfast was ok. Room is spacious. Water tap also didn’t work properly. Water was way too slow. Bed was not bad, but we needed to open the window to sleep; hence, sleep was not restful.

In the middle of nowhere, but clean and safe...
This hotel is off the beaten path; about 10 minutes drive from Alessandria downtown. It's in an industrial area with very little next to it by car and definitely nothing by walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and accommodated our limited knowledge of the Italian language. There was a restaurant on site and 1 local Pizzeria next door as well as a movie theatre. The room itself was very spacious (2 double beds and 1 single pull out), the bathroom had a tub and a shower. There is no pool, but the was a fitness center. I would not pay for the breakfast as the options were very limited. I would say unless you have a specific reason to stay in Alessandria I wouldn't stay here (we were driving through so it met the need in that it was clean and safe).

Surprisingly nice hotel in middle of nowhere, but 25 minutes to Serravalle Designer Outlet/MacArthur Glen. Nice staff and room was just fine for what we needed. I’d stay again.

Hotel is good but not very clean. In the bathroom there is a lot of moast. The bed is good but not very confortable. The room is new and comfortable. For one night is ok.

We expected to be in Alessandria but in fact it is miles out of town with absolutely no facilities around. Great hotel for sales reps and conferences but not for for travellers enjoying Italy.

It was a short 3-nights stay in Piemont Hotel is placed relatively far from Alessandria center, even outside of city borders. This is a modern hotel focused on corporate events. Restaurant is very good, Michelin 2015 listed There are cinema and pizzeria Rossopomodori in the same building - highly recommened! Hotel in general is very good with one complaint: mattress is REALLY STIFF. Imagine that you sleep on the floor... May be with rug in it... J

A business man's hotel
It was a very hot night and the room's oair con was not working. The room was on the fifth floor and with an open window was incredibly noisy. The light on one side of the bed would not switch off so stayed on all night. A very uncomfortable night.

The hotel was nice and the girls at the front desk were very helpfull. But the restaurant didn't have a lot of choices and no atmosphere. Nothing to do or see near by.

In the middle of no where
The hotel was great for one night stay, the breakfast not worth it, there is a cinema in Italian language movies, restaurant outside the hotel really good but the downside is that you need a car to get anything because the hotel is isolated area
