Our check in hostess was wonderful. The dying mall across the parking lot was not wonderful but Applebee's made a tasty Long Island Ice Tea. The restaurant is mere steps away from the hotel.

This hotel is badly in need of repairs and updating. Carpet stained, dirty and musty. Floors un even and in need of repair. Walls stained and peeling bathroom floors in need of repair. We moved rooms because shower would not drain and back washed a bunch of black moldy gunk up into shower floor. We were in town for an event so luckily did not spend much time in room but it was fairly quiet except for highway noise which was expected being so close to the road. Hallway are dim lit and ice machine pretty suspect. Rampant odor of smoke and marijuana around and in public areas of property though that could just have been while we were there. Will not be staying here again.

The reservation was made, I called the day of arrival to confirm that I would be a late arrival. When I arrived at 10:30pm they couldn't fine the room and put me in a handicap room. Very unhappy

The noise from the freeway made it difficult to sleep. The carpet looked worn and dirty. The bath looked old and outdated. The bed was lumpy. The floor was uneven. I did like that it was close to the mall.

The staff was wonderful and everything my room was clean and everything worked. The elevator appeared rikedy including the button for the first floor. The avocado toast could have been much better. Yet, I’ll stay there again and just eat somewhere else.

Too Noisy To Sleep
The hotel is right next to the interstate and it sounds like you’re trying to sleep in the middle of the road. If you happen to stay here make sure you request a room the furthest away from the highway as possible and take your ear plugs. I can’t review the food because it is closed on Sundays, can’t review the bar because it’s also closed on Sundays. I stay at Courtyard by Marriott “a lot” but I would have to give this one a 3 star. It’s clean but has a slight musty smell in the room.

I LOVED Prentiss, who checked us in and gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation. We arrived after a rough day of work and travel and he was just a ray of sunshine, as were all of the staff members.
