"Las Camelias is a beautiful countryside property which is situated in the heart of coffee country in Quindío. The rooms are well-appointed, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is great. Lots of swimming pools and activities for kids. A perfect place for a restful break or for families. "

"The person in charge at the front desk ‘Viviana’ was disrepectul to my wife as she appears to dislike Mexican people, making inapropiate remarks. The rooms werecozy but with spiders, the TV never worked. We would never check in to this place again"

"The service and amiability of the owners were very good, friendly and warm. There are some issues to improve such as there was no phone in the room, the road to reach the hotel was not good, payment must be in cash or bank transfer on some conditions, towels are cheap, no air conditioner, and there were not some bath compliments such as shampoo, hair conditioner, no desk and the WIFI was a nightmare."

Todo el ruido de los vehículos de la avenida entra en la habitación inclusive en piso alto. Desayuno sin opción integral y sin dispensador de agua. Zona húmeda agradable"
