Loved the hotel - great staff and location. The only problem is that the walls and floors have next to no noise insulation and when you have noisy neighbours who like to chat at 5am it is a little frustrating.

The property was in an excellent location from the train station. It was an easy 10 minute walk, only because we kept looking around at the beauty around us. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to anything that we needed. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling as well as the beds were comfortable. The breakfast as delicious and abundant, there was eggs, bacon great bread, fruit, cereal, pastries excellent coffee and tea. It was all just wonderful! Thank you, Jo and Eve

Location, location, location
Chose this hotel for one night based upon location, but it was so handy we extended our stay another 2 days. Staff at the hotel were very nice and welcoming. Bathroom is quite small, but that was not a deal breaker.

Clean and great location
Nice hotel in the "New town" are of Monterosso. Clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but it had a balcony and the room was medium size. The breakfast was good. A good solid 4 star for Italy. Not far from the train station on flat ground. Most hotels in Monterosso require a hike uphill.

A very good experience
Very nice stay. Friendly, efficient staff. Good location. Attractive building and grounds. I would have stayed another night or two, but I had to be getting to other places.

Four stars rating needs a large pinch of salt ! Basic and clean with friendly service. Turning around in the shower is no easy task and that’s after you have tripped over the bidet to get in 😂.

Great location, steps from beach and monterosso station. Fantastic staff, really kind and accomodating. I enjoyed the breakfast and the waitresses were very kind, hard working and attentive. Room was great, simple, clean, and a nice view, with a balcony.

Awesome location, 200yds from the beach. The room was very small and decor was dated, but was clean. It felt more like a college dorm room. The bathroom was even tinier. We didnt spend mcuh tim ein the room so it was fine. They serve a nice breakfast.

Absolutely loved staying here. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating during our stay. We also really loved the inclusive breakfast. Good quality food and a great outdoor vibe. The room was great too with perfect airconditioning (which we love) and extremely close to the beach... would definitely stay again!!

good location
ood location, close to restaurants and train station, appreciated having elevator and air conditioning and used both even during our late October stay. Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding....I had expected more from a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is a great location for the beach, beyond that it didn’t have much to offer. The lady at the front upon check in was not very pleasant. The room itself was very small, hard bed, pillows and we felt as if we were in a back closet. While I felt the room was clean it was not a comfortable stay, there was alarms going off and a lot of drilling maintenance going on during our stay. The WiFi didn’t work and the walls are very thin! I would not stay here again.

Average hotel in Cinque Terre
This is a very average hotel with no views of anything. The key they give you for your room door has a big brass weight attached to it and it is hard to carry around with you all day without putting it in a backpack or bag. The wifi did not work at all for 3 days, which was a real bummer. Overall I did not feel that this hotel was a good value and I would not stay here again, as there are a lot of better options.

Hotel Palme was great! the location is ideal, right by the sea and there's even free parking which was really appreciated! The staff is very nice and friendly. One night we ordered drinks from the bar and we got a huge selection of appetizers to go with the drinks which was not expected at all but a great surprise!! I would definitely go back there and would recommend without at doubt.

It was easily accessible from the train station. It was very clean. The room was very spacious, very clean and the bathroom was modern with great water pressure. They also had air conditioning. The receptionist was really helpful. The only thing bad was the internet.

The hotel is steps away from the beach, is very clean and has a fabulous breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Getting to the hotel is easy: only a five minute walk to the train.
