The restaurant staff was attentive and kind, unfortunately front desk staff were a different story. The breakfast area was crowded and the floor dirty with small pieces of food on the ground, I guess they're probably understaffed.
There was a sign in the room offering complimentary toiletries. I called front desk to ask for a tube of tooth paste and they never brought it to my room. Later on, I walked over to the front desk to ask for the toothpaste and they never offered any complimentary, and instead tried to sell me one in a rude, unwelcoming fashion.
The room they assigned us was noisy as it was on 2nd floor, and they held events in a ballroom at 1st floor, so the music could be heard clearly, along with noises from the lobby.
Lastly, the indoor pool was under maintenance, and, to my understanding it's been like that for the past 3 months or more. Sadly, because this was one of the main reasons we booked here in the first place.
Would not stay here again.
