Great for stop over night, super comfy bed Coffee maker mini fridge and microwave all in we stayed only a night, polite and friendly at the front desk. Motor motel so you park your car right in front of your room

Second time staying here passing through on our way to the needles and grand gulch. The owner is always so friendly and kind. Convenient location to many awesome hikes and places to visit.

We come to Monticello once a month and after rotating among multiple motels, we now stay exclusively at Canyonlands. It's the best value and we've been given the same great room (with a king bed) the last three times. The only issue this time, which hadn't happened previously, was that the refrigerator wasn't plugged in when we arrived. We easily rectified that. We'll be back again next month!

Did not like the area of town the property was in. Weather turned cold and insufficient blankets. For the price paid we expected breakfast (donuts and coffee would be fine) to be included. The room felt like we were back to the 40's. Desk people were very pleasant. Bottom line is that this property was way way overpriced.

This property is dated, but everything is very well maintained and clean. Customer service was excellent. There is some road noise, to be expected you are right off the highway. Price was great.

This property was perfect for a quick overnight. We needed a bed and shower and it fit the bill. The bed was very comfortable. It’s an older property but we were pleased. I would stay here again.

All I needed was a bed and a shower after a week on the river , however being right on the main road I was hearing traffic sounds all night. But it was a convenient location.

You get what you pay for
This is an older motel. Updates done, such as painting & room floor were not enough to make this old room nice. The bathroom needed work. Bathtub was older, stained. No food on premises, but they noted that initially. I’d look for a bit nicer motel if I had it to do again.

The room was adequate and the staff was very nice. The shower head was great, and the bed was super comfortable. TV should be replaced. All in all, a fine value for the money.
