Everything was great until a little after 1am. There was a man and woman yelling and screaming. I heard a gun fire and it was quiet for several minutes. Then the yelling resumed for a few minutes. Next I heard a vehicle start up and drive off and then all was quiet.

The Staff were polite and friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast offered was very plentiful and good, light and filling for the next step of our journey. Most definitely will stay here when we are in this area. Business brought us here and we may be in this area again.. Room and shower were great. Great place to stay...

Wow! I was surprised in a good way. Not what I as expecting as far as comfort and cleanliness. very basic breakfast but its what you would expect from a hotel like this. They are still remodeling but the rooms that are done are great.

The staff was friendly and that's the only thing positive I can say about this hotel. Holes in the walls verily poorly patched. The Acoustic ceiling falling off in huge chunks onto bed and floor. The room had A musty smell and worn out ripped carpet. The shower was disgusting and didn't have handrails nor did the toilet even though I reserved a handicap accessible room. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Toilet was clogged. We did get a plunger and cleared it ourselves. Smelled damp and musty. Holes in bathroom wall. Bed was comfortable.

Listen, it doesn't get any smaller than Dumas AR, but this Days Inn is always clean, convenient, and safe. I come to Dumas to visit family so I stay here regularly. The staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Worth a stop.

Pleasantly surprised
I read reviews about this stay and was unsure. We were coming in from Florida and were wore out from being on the road with little sleep the night before. I booked it and was pleasantly surprised. There were a few spots that could use touch ups or thorough cleaning, but did not affect anything. Very comfy, clean beds and linens! Staff was super pleasant and helpful! Good stay!

Room was dirty, holes in wall and cigarette burns in blankets. Hair in shower. Toilet paper holder was rusted, painted over, and rusting through the paint. Overall the room was disgusting.
