I would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area. This was a clean, pleasant hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great place.

I checked in and got to my room and the TV was broken. The nice young lady behind the desk was helpful, she tried to fix the issue. When she couldn’t, she helped me move my belongings to another room. So the customer service was great. The hotel needs to hire maintenance and room cleanliness was an issue.,.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Within walking distance of several restaurant choices for dinner. Desk staff was courteous and cheerful. We would stay here again!

The room was clean. However, i did not get all new fresh towels the next day nor a rug for bathroom. They just put two big towels on the sink. Other than that, the stay was great!

My wife and I arrived around 1:00pm. The lady at the front desk had a poor attitude and refused to check us in or pre-check us in. I tried to explained to her that my wife had an injury and requested a room on the 1st floor close to a first floor entrance as she was using a Walker. The clerk would not listen and just repeated "3 o'clock, 3 o'clock" in a demeaning manner. When I returned after 3:00, a new clerk gave us a room on the 2nd floor at the end of an off hall, requiring my wife to rest multiple times before reaching the room. I tried to explain to her and she just said, that's all they have available. Not satisfied and disappointed with the customer service.

The room was not ready at 3pm, the time of check in. Once the room was ready, the room was not clean. The pillow cases appeared to have been previously used. My daughter had hair in her bed. The bathroom had nothing in the counter, not even soap to wash your hands. When we tried to call down, the phone rang busy. I was able to get soap and new pillow cases, but went to Walmart to get sheets to place over the bed. Stuff was nice for the most part. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. We really enjoyed the breakfast staff. The lady was kind and made sure everything was restocked in a timely manner.

This place was nice and the employees were attentive. I called and asked for a fan and received in about 30 minutes. I also forgot my toothpaste and the feont desk gave me some. I did not hear any noise while I was sleeping! It was great to get fresh towels everyday because some hotels do not refresh your room every day! There are lots of eating options within walking distance as well as a Wal-Mart.

Property was not clean, we were Not able to use the shower at all!! Mold in around the shower, mat inside the tub looks like it had never been removed to clean underneath it!! Looks like something was growing out from underneath it as well. Then the drain was so clogged that when you turned the water on it continues to fill the tub!! I was sick at the thought of standing in that!!! I tried to change rooms but the other option was a smaller room with a smell -- like stale cigarettes!! We had to wash off in the sink 😔

Bathroom was terrible! Mold and pink stuff in shower. Had to stand in ankle deep water to take a shower. The amount you have to pay for a room is so much higher. Call the hotel direct to get a better price. I never leave reviews but this took the cake.

At check in we were greeted by a smiling, warm and friendly clerk who efficiently checked us in. She should be commended for her warm personality. Will stay here again.
