Location: Location was useful. Near Place de Commedie.
Staffs were nice. The room was clean. But there are no kettle and stairs. I booked 2 bed, but the room has only one double bed and one sofa. Very noisy performances in front of the hotel. Thin towels.

Cons: Truth in advertising and educating taxi drivers on the locations of the different Ibis hotels.
Location: The Comedie environs and events
I booked 2 beds in 1 room -- found a double bed and sofa that could be turned into a bed of sorts. Reception told me that all rooms were like that. So what? say I -- A sofa is NOT a bed. Why did they accept my booking? The place was very basic in everything. One towel each. Fold out the sofa(bed) and there was no room left. It's only real plus was location but beware -- the taxi from the station delivered us to the wrong Ibis hotel -- depute being given the correct address. A second taxi then charged us double the original fee to take us the short but inconvenient distance to the correct place. Not impressed.

A hotel that is right on the centre.Posted Nov 17, 2013
Pros: The location of the hotel was fantastic because it was right on Montpellier square,on the historic area.
Cons: The hotel is quite old. The room itself was big and the bed/mattress was very comfortable but the decor is old and it needs some redecoration!
Location: Amazing location..right next to the shops, cafés, restaurants, cinemas and the opera house. Beautiful little streets and squares to walk around to!

Perfect central location at a reasonable ratePosted Oct 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is just off the Place de la Comedie in the centre of the city within 2 minutes walk of the trams, which are a fantastic way to travel around. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English which was very helpful when your French is as rusty as ours! The room was spacious and modern looking with a large and well fitted bathroom. The bed was kingsize, slightly on the firm side. The only downside was that there were no facilities in the room to make tea or coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I was in the area.

Fantastic location and great bed!Posted Oct 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed here for 3 nights in a Double room. The room itself was a very good size and the bed was superb. Great location off La Comedie and friendly staff. Recommended.

Montpellier IbisPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was really convenient to the train station and central Montpellier. Staff were friendly and hotel room matched up to a 3 star standard. The room itself lacked adequate air conditioning and reception area was musty (to say the least). If you want a 3 star hotel then this matches your needs. Noel- Ireland
