Loved that they were adventure cat friendly. The rooms didn't have any pet smells either and were clean of any signs of pets. Clean enough that my cat didn't smell animal scents.

Would definitely stay again, staff at check in were friendly and arranged two rooms for us side by side even though it meant giving a free upgrade. The rooms were very large and clean. Great stay in a nice little town!

This place was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and is always on the property! The only thing is, when our daughters were showering with the restroom door open, the fire alarm would always go off. Other than that, would stay again!

The property was decently clean and the owner Ross was very nice. The room didn’t have water when we checked in, but Ross saw to it to get it on for us. In another review I saw that the water was cool so I was relieved to find the water on and hot when we got back to the room. The phone line doesn’t work so I don’t know why they keep a phone in the room. Not very many amenities, but for the price you get what you pay for. Pet friendly, but please don’t leave your pet unattended too because they will bark until you get back. Not ok. If you want a budget friendly hotel this is the one for you even with all its quirks.

This was one of the best places I have stayed at in Morro Bay, the motel is nice and comfortable. The gal at check in was nice and check in was so easy. I will be coming back.

Location was great. Front desk guy was very sweet. Bed was new and very comfortable. The down side…. Thin walls could hear everything!!! No hot water in shower. Stairs, with bad knees it was rough remember to check for lower level.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean comfortable. Rooms have been updated. Plus the size of the room was amazing. Extra large lots of space to hang out and be comfortable. Located near walking distance of water front and stores dining on Main Street. The staff and management was very friendly and helpful. This is our new favorite place to stay.

People who work there lived on site with their child. Child would run up and down the upper walkway at all hours of the night. No one was there when I tried to get assistance and check out. Beds were uncomfortable and made me weary to sit down on them or lay down.

They have a safety and protection on your car for a reason here. I wasn’t robbed but someone next to me was and they just punched through the window l.

They were very nice and made sure my stay was awesome. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. In a good location, nice and quiet. You have a view of the stacks.

Staff unfriendly. Room not the cleanest, toilet dripping and lights coming in the back of hotel are very bright with no curtain to block them.

Loved this place. The room was a very good size and the bed was comfy. Room was clean except for the shower head needs to be replaced or updated or something the water pressure was low. The carpet was coming apart as well some spots it was separating and kind of scraped my foot.
