We are sorry to read your review, and that you called our staff rude.You had requested to leave your luggage in the room for the whole day, because you didn't want to leave it in our luggage room, we explained to you that the hotel was very full and we couldn't leave your room until after check out.The staff was not rude, unfortunately they limited themselves to respecting the rules, in fact they asked you several times to leave your luggage in the storage room which was super quiet.However, your request was impossible to fulfill and not because the staff were rude but because the hotel was full and by paying a supplement we would not have been able to satisfy you.We are sorry to read this review, our staff is truly super qualified.It was just an inconvenience that could have been resolved if you had trusted their experience.

We are sincerely sorry to read your review, especially after leaving a very different feedback at checkout at the front desk, which does not reflect your current score at all.During your stay, our staff was always careful to satisfy all his requests.We find it very strange to read his comments regarding cleanliness, at the reception he never mentioned this.He wanted to make a room change, as he claimed that the room was a bit small, although this is not true.And the reception immediately made a change, in a room of similar category.We would like to confirm that the room assigned upon your arrival is relevant to the booked category, that is one of our Economy rooms, a room not yet completely renovated with vintage functional furniture, welcoming and equipped with every comfort.Are we really sorry to read your comment as you stayed 7 nights in a room you think is dirty without ever complaining to reception?It never happens, but just in case it happens, if you had told us this note, the reception would have intervened immediately.The note you made about living room for people with colored skin was not very well understood.We did not understand.Is there a difference? On behalf of all the staff we can say that in this world, WE ARE ALL THE SAME.We make no difference, because this DIFFERENCE DOES NOT EXIST.We are sorry but we cannot see and understand the difference that you have pointed out, FOR US it does not exist we do not understand it.with regardHotel del soleSiamo sinceramente dispiaciuti di leggere la Sua recensione, soprattutto dopo aver lasciato al check-out al front desk un feedback molto diverso, che non rispecchia affatto il Suo punteggio ora espresso.Il nostro Staff durante il Suo soggiorno è stato sempre attento a soddisfare tutte le Sue richieste.Ci sembra molto strano leggere i suoi commenti riguardo alla pulizia, alla reception non ha mai fatto riferimento a questa cosa.Ha voluto effettuare un cambio camera, poichè sosteneva che la camera era un pò piccola, anche se questo non vero.Ed il ricevimento subito ha effettuato un cambio, in una camera di simile categoria.Ci teniamo a confermarle che la camera assegnata al Suo arrivo è attinente alla categoria prenotata, ovvero una delle nostre camere Economy, una camera non ancora completamente ristrutturata con arredamento funzionale vintage, accogliente e dotata comunque di ogni comfort.Siamo davvero dispiaciuti nel leggere il suo commento in quanto è stato 7 notti in una camera che lei ritiene sporca senza mai lamentarsi al ricevimento?Non capita mai, ma nel caso dovesse capitare, se ci avesse detto questa nota, il ricevimento sarebbe subito intervenuto.L'appunto che ha fatto sul soggiorno per le persone con la pelle colorata, non è stato molto compreso.Non abbiamo capito.C'è differenza?
