The Profil hotel at the Copenhagen Plaza is a charming older hotel. It has an older style elevator and the room had a fridge. Our room also had a small balcony. There was a notice in the elevator saying that the they were renovating the top floors of the hotel. We were on one of the top floors. It is really good that the rooms are getting renovated as the black mold/mildew in the bathroom shower and on the ceiling was quite overwhelming. Hopefully, once the rooms are renovated, they can keep the mold in check. The hotel was situated right by the train station. So, you would need ear plugs to sleep. There is no air conditioning in the hotel. The air vent did not blow in any cool air. It just made a lot of noise. The rooms were quite warm. It is about a 25 minute taxi ride from the oceana cruise terminal (315 Danish Kroner) and about a 20 minute taxi ride to the airport. Hotel staff phoned for a taxi for us and there was a fixed price of 295 Kroner) There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel. The hotel serves breakfast and dinner.

This was the 3rd time staying here in 4 months. The construction noise did start up way before 9 am so that was disappointing but everything else was lovely.

Perfect location to explore the heart of Copenhagen

Old world style hotel with small elevator, small but adequate rooms. We were on 4th floor which had sloped ceiling( hit my head twice getting into bed) Air conditioning did not work first night so we moved to new room for next 2 days which was working ( other than the ceiling issue!) No valet or help with bags. Heard the luggage Storage room in basement was self service as well? Breakfast buffet had good selections

It’s a very nice boutique hotel and the service was outstanding. The room however was just ok. Lighting was not good- room was dark. View out the window was into dirty industrial building roof. Minimal natural lighting. Bathroom just ok. But we really liked the location, the sidewalk bar, and the service. Very nice and friendly staff.
