Awfully noisy room in a great hotel. We could NOT SLEEP 4 out of the 7 nights due to all sort of noises including boiler-like and water-dripping noise which felt like absolute torture. The staff looked into it 2 or 3 times during our stay but somewhat the noises came back. The room number is 110 Other than the distrubing noises, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are great with a heated jacuzzi and pool, and a small functioning gym. Location is great too in a lovely town

It deeply concerns us to learn that you were unable to enjoy a restful sleep on four out of the seven nights.Please know that we take guest feedback very seriously, and we have already initiated a thorough investigation into the root cause of the noise issues. While we appreciate that our staff made efforts to address the problem during your stay, we understand that the recurrence of the noises was disappointing.We are delighted to hear that despite this setback, you found our staff to be friendly and helpful, and that you enjoyed our facilities, including the heated jacuzzi, pool, and gym. Beautiful hotel to stay at. We had a room with two double beds and it was big and spacious. It's pretty quiet and has a nice little area to have coffee outside. Would've loved to use the pool because it looked so nice and warm but it was raining so we didnt get to. I would say overall, we're very satisfied. My friends were very happy to stay here too. We drove a tesla so it was a bonus to have a charging station. We didn't have to worry about going somewhere far to charge! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

We are traveling and are staying at several hotels. We’ve chosen basic, moderate and high-level hotels. Expensive and inexpensive. We’ve used the reviews here, as well as our own knowledge to guide our choices. We’ve read many reviews of Stevenson Manor in Calistoga. We’re quite familiar with the hotel as we’ve lived in the valley at one time. But we’ve never stayed here until this time. I must say, the reviews are true. This is an incredible hotel! I’ve never stayed at a place that was so prepared to welcome guests. Stevenson Manor has simply thought of everything. The best part is they’ve staffed their hotel with wonderfully professional and friendly people. Particularly Lupita and Maribel. Both were very, very helpful with everything we requested. And they were genuinely happy to help. That makes all the difference. So many of the hotels we’ve stayed at do what they need to do and are adequate. But we usually sense a resistance to a complete hospitality. Unfortunately, it’s very rare to feel like these two young ladies made us feel. They made us feel genuinely welcome. And no doubt many others. We felt this welcome the minute we walked in and continued to feel the same throughout our stay. Stevenson Manor has an incredible level of hospitality and enhances that hospitality with all the comforts that you’d expect. Better yet, with many that you wouldn’t expect. We will definitely stay Stevenson Manor in Calistoga every time we’re back in the Valley.

Stevenson Manor
Everything was great. Welcoming entry and breakfast area. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was sumptuous including a full range of offerings. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. The pictures in the room of local history added a nice feeling. The in-room refrigerator was useful. There was also an office center. Can't say enough good things about the hotel. It will be my go-to place should I stay in Calistoga in the future.

Great choice for Calistoga
Very convenient location, clean, great breakfast, love having the MW & counter-height refrig (many hotels are cutting back on these, which is irritating). AC/heat unit a little noisy but very easy to work. 2 negatives: could not figure out how to work the remote/TV, and the steel frame for the beds is incredibly high - I'm 5'6" and with an arthritic hip, it was very hard to get up into the bed.

This is not a good place to stay if you need to work. The check-in in time is late and the breakfast does not start till 7am. This place thinks it a resort, If you want a resort, just spend the extra money, it is not much more. The town is really good. just maybe skip this hotel.

lovely place, excellent location. pricey for a best western, but it was a busy weekend for events in the area. our room had too much road noise was the only real downside.
