Fun Family Vacation
We loved our stay at Barbara’s property in beautiful Olde Naples. The house had total privacy and perfect amenities for a family vacation. There was a bicycle for everyone and the babies loved the assortment of toys. We were able to grill out many times and there were ample spaces to dine as a family. The location is perfect, too!

Winter Getaway
We stayed 3 weeks and loved every minute of our time in this beautiful home. The location and neighborhood is perfect. Barbara was great to work with and was always quick to respond, when we had a question. In fact, I asked to have the grill serviced since it wasn’t working properly and two days later a brand new grill was delivered to the home. We’ve already referred our friends and also planning a trip next year.

Amazing Trip!
The house was exactly as advertised and Barbara was an incredible host! She tried her best to get us checked in as early as possible and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. Even something as small as the cornhole game pictured missing from the house, she had one ordered and delivered the next day! We had a great time!

A relaxing few days with friends, with a short walk to the beach and dips in the backyard pool. We lovely the privacy of the yard, the large screened porch and the ability to walk to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. The home is well stocked and filled with thoughtful touches.

Great first VRBO experience! From time of booking to departure, the owner provided excellent communication and was helpful with places to go for our first trip to Naples. Spectacular!
The home is in one of the most pristine and elegant neighborhoods in the US, a short walk to a great beach, restaurants, and shopping. The accommodations are exactly as advertised, fully equipped with everything you need. Screened patio and outdoor pool area were our favorite spots to hang out but we also took advantage of outdoor grill, generous supply of high quality bicycles and beach gear, as well as the comfortable and equipped kitchen and dining. Beds and rooms were super clean and comfortable as well. Highly recommended!

Charming house just a short walk away from beach
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful neighborhood only a stone's throw away from the beach. Just 5 weeks after hurricane Ian this house was neat and clean with some compromises in the backyard which Barbara had communicated in advance. The kitchen was very well-equipped and had plenty of cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. The communication with Barbara was excellent at any time. We can definetely recommend this house.

False advertisement
The listing stated newly remodeled, best of everything, no cost speared, the home in person looks like a 20 year old remodel. I emailed owner to voice my concern, they stated they painted and put new appliance when they purchased. (Which I think was 6 years ago) This is not a home remodel; I feel misled and I totally over paid due to advertisement. I am not sure I will ever use Vrbo again due to this. I cleaned the floors ourselves, cracks and loose tile over entire home, dirty and stained furniture, pillows, rips and stains on outdoor and patio furniture. Carpets are torn and ottoman are just old. First time using a service like this, I DO I GET MY MONEY BACK I have all the pictures for verification.

We responded to the guest’s email when he shared his “thoughts” about the home . We stand by our listing . This is an older home that has been “updated “ and is thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest . We discard or repair any damaged items as needed . Our reviews reflect the homes overall satisfaction . This guest never requested any kind of refund in his communication with us . He was particular with wanting to know how often the pool was going to be cleaned and tested and what kind of cleaning supplies the home supplied and questioned if they would be locked up ? Cleaning supplies are always left for our guests to use while they stay but we went beyond that and purchased extra items and had them delivered to the home specially for him. This guest was unresponsive to my messages to him and when we sent our check out information to him he informed us that he had checked out a day earlier . We regret this guests feels this way and that we couldn’t please him , but we tried ,and if he had requested any additional services while he stayed we would have happily provided them.

Fantastic get away
Barbara was extremely helpful throughout the process. We have a little baby so she helped make the trip easy with all the available baby products. The neighborhood is gorgeous and just a short 1.5 block walk from the beach. We would definitely recommend and come here again.

Family get-away
Our family enjoyed staying at Old Naples Bungalow. It was great to have space to be together and enjoy the pool, to have a place to grill and to be so close to the beach. We loved the location! The quick walk to the beach and being so close to restaurants, etc in Naples was wonderful.

Wonderful property great location
This house was perfect for adults and kids. We loved that it was so close to the beach but also had a private heated pool. The house was very well appointed, and the host was wonderfully accessible and accommodating. She even put up some holiday decorations and left a big box of cookies. Anything we needed was delivered quickly. We hated to leave!

Birthday surprise
We used this home for a family gathering to surprise my wife on her birthday, and the house suited our needs very well. Several family members commented on how much they liked the layout and the roomy feel of the living area, kitchen and lanai. Folks also loved the lushness of the backyard and pool. Having beach chairs, beach towels and bikes available made it easy to have outdoor fun right away, and having the kitchen and bathroom basics well stocked helped to get settled quickly indoors. Barbara communicated well with me before and during our stay, and she even provided a thoughtful birthday flower arrangement and champagne to add to the occasion. Very good experience!

Great house with a nice layout and close to the beach
The house was great. A big open layout with a nice porch and outdoor seating area and pool. The property is nicely covered with trees and foliage so it is very private. It is a short walk to the beach and the house has everything you could need in terms of chairs , umbrellas, floaties., etc. The owner, Barbara, was very helpful and checked in with us during the week several times to see if we needed anything. So a great house and nice experience all around. We would highly recommend the house and we would love to rent with Barbara again.

To celebrate my upcoming 80th birthday, my daughter suggested that we have another large party as we had for my 70th - or, we could take a family trip. I opted for the latter & am very happy for having made that choice. 3 generations (5 adults & 2 grandsons) all had a fabulous time.

Perfect house for christmas 2020
House is very well done and has everything you need. We love to cook and this kitchen has everything you need including a beautiful Le Creuset Dutch oven ! House is perfectly done and Barbara (owner) was incredibly helpful ! Barbara went above and beyond to answer questions and also left lovely welcome gifts. Location could not be better! Porch was perfect for spending time with grandmom outside. House was very clean ! Thank you Barbara for a perfect place to celebrate christmas 2020 !

Fabulous, amenity-filled home in the perfect location
Six of us stayed in this home over the Christmas holiday and could not have been more pleased. There was plenty of space for everyone, both inside and out--it never felt crowded. The furnishings were new and the home was spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked and cooking for a crowd was easy. Everything you might need for the pool or the beach was also provided--plenty of beach towels, chairs and a cooler. The home also offers several bikes so we took advantage of the proximity to Baker Park and the Greenway to go for a bike ride. The beach, and Naples' stunning sunsets, are a block away. The owners are also accessible and responded promptly to questions we had. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. We will definitely be booking this home for future holidays.

Perfectly situated
I have just returned from a month at this great property and was very pleased with the accommodation and the facilities that were available. The layout is perfectly suited for several families and there is more than enough space so you don't feel cramped. The cottage is not new but the furnishings and decor are top notch. We had small grandchildren visiting but never had to worry about pool safety once the pool child proof fence was installed. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing us with a pack n play, stroller, car seat and other items which helped us immensely. The beach is close by, easily within walking distance, while the 5th Avenue hub was somewhat further probably a 30 minute walk. We usually walked to dinner and Ubered home for $6.00 which was great. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very impressive house
Terrific location within 5 minutes of the beautiful Naples beach and close to 5th avenue. Great open plan living space with all top class appliances in kitchen.Plenty of beach chairs/towels and a parasol provided for days on the beach.Good sized outside seating area and barbecue provided. Beds and furniture very comfortable with good showers and good sized bedrooms. The outside pool which is nearly finished will be a great addition to the property.

This house was amazing! Both the house and yard were very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities a family needs for a comfortable stay. Each room felt fresh and modern and was decorated and outfitted with lovely & useful items. The large kitchen had all the equipment, plates and serving platters needed for cooking and serving family meals. Plenty of bath and beach towels. New washer and dryer and working propane BBQ. Lovely seating areas inside and out. High quality large flat screen TV's and strong internet. Beach chairs and umbrella and 2 bikes in the garage. Good AC system and fans throughout. The house location was fantastic...blocks from the beach. The owner was frequently in touch and responsive to all questions and comments. We were very happy!
