Great location right next to the train stationPosted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Location - 2 minutes from the train station. Clean, very friendly staff.
Cons: Kettle in the rooms would be fab.
Location: Very close to the historic centre. Next to the train station so perfect for us as we visited Herculaneum and from there got a mini bus to Mt Vesuvius.
Naples is a crazy city - I wouldn't recommend going unless you love busy places! Personally I wouldn't visit Naples again, but the hotel and breakfast were both decent.

Nice hotel close to everything!Posted Sep 8, 2014
Room was nice and staff were nice. Only downfall is the AC did not work very well and room was hot. Online check in said it was at 1pm and when we got there they made us wait till 2pm.

Nice hotel in scary neighborhoodPosted Aug 31, 2014
Went there to sleep to catch a flight in the a.m. Hotel handled the taxi service to the airport. They said it was a 15 minute ride. Cost: 19€. Ride was 5 minutes. What a disgrace.

Friendly staffPosted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Location near transport links
Cons: Room facilities, tea/coffee maker, wifi
Location: Near transport to get to all historic sites of Naples including Pompeii but lots of litter in the streets nearby and lots of graffiti
The hotel is very close to Piazza Garibaldi which is a transport hub so you are very close to trains, buses and the metro lines and makes it easy to get around, however Piazza Garibaldi is being redeveloped at the moment so is bit of a building site. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental type with yoghurt, fruit and meat and cheese. The down side was no coffee/tea facilities in the room, wifi in the room was intermittent but worked in the public areas and the TV was vintage CRT with built in VHS cassette player. To be honest I would use the hotel again as a budget priced place to stay but if you have money to spare there are better hotels in Naples.

Close to Napoli centralePosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: The proximity to Napoli centrale.
Cons: Too expensive
We were looking for a comfortable place close to Napoli centrale. This hotel met the criteria of being close to the station. The bed was hard the bathroom was very small. WiFi was excellent.

Convenient hotel quite easy to move around.Posted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: Proximity to the station, the fact that it's not too far from the airport.
Cons: Television and the internet.
Location: Very central and close to the station also close to a lot of shops around garibaldi.
I checked in well ahead of normal time which was quite generous of the hotel considering the fact that I took a 6 am flight out of gatwick London and I was looking forward to checking in, dropping off my bags and resting a little while before going about business.

Budget Hotel That Works!Posted Jul 14, 2014
This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was decent, and the price was most certainly right. The area felt a little sketch at night, but so did most of Naples, so I think it was just the ambiance of the city! If you are looking for function over luxury, this place is a good bet!

Comfortable hotel and helpful staffPosted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: The staff are very helpful, courteous and speak English. the hotel is 3mins walk to a major train station.
Cons: The general ambience needs to be improved. It can be seen that it was a grand hotel but it is in need of a touch of the modern times.
Location: Next to a train Station. Lots of nice shops around if you want to buy clothing . Nice bars and restaurants around as well.
Initially planned to stay for one night, since l was not sure about the standard. I was really impressed and stayed three nights in total. The Wi-Fi is very effective and there is a reception room/bar you could go to to relax and watch TV in the evening. I booked a single room and this was well furnished, it was a spacious room. The staff are very helpful when l made a few request they went out of their way to assist. This is right from the receptionist, to the porter and the bar staff. I will definitely stay here again. I wish I'd known this place a long time ago since l am a frequent traveller to Naples.
