This is great place to stay, the only thing about it is outside the building we didn’t see any signs but maybe we just pass it… the service was great and clean just in the middle of the city close to the bus, train and metro station….i will definitely go back .

The big plus is near the train station, but the area is not a nice neighborhood at least not to my like. Breakfast is not bad. Room soundproof is almost none. Considering its price, it's fair to regard it as a budget accommodation.

I loooved this place. The rooms are clean, well set up and in an old, secluded building that was well suited for this kind of service. There are two areas of oportunity: Toiletries are very modest and I don’t expect a room at this GREAT price to have plenty of consumables, but I was caught by surprise. Probably warning guests would be a big plus. The WiFi was great, but internet connection was terrible. The host tried to fix it several times but it still wasn’t fixed correctly. However the host was super helpful, attentive and I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

Room was very specious and comfortable to stay. Rooms are just a step away from the train station, convenient when you travel from it in the morning. Area not so safe in the evening or night, that’s my opinion however we’re not bothered by anyone on the way back to the rooms. I would stay again.

The property was situated very close to the central station, very convenient for taking the trains which were important for our travel. Most of the touristy areas were close enough to walk or by metro. But the entire central station area is not the best part of the town, it's dirty and poor yet safe to walk. Lots of fast food type and sit-down restaurants right outside of the building. Breakfast is included but it's mostly packaged sugary products. Fresh Coffee was definitely good. Overall 3.5 of of 5.

Le quartier est sûr tant que les restaurants et terrasses sont ouverts. Dès leur fermeture, l’ambiance change. Malheureusement, il faut appeler le code du B&B pour qu’on vous ouvre la porte. Et cette attente peut être très longue. En toute insécurité. Une fois que vous avez monté les 3 volées de marches, une odeur de détergent très forte agresse votre nez.(au moins, c’est propre). Matelas et oreiller très moyens. Chambre propre et de bonne taille. Problème de fuite vite résolu et excellente communication avec la propriétaire. Les femmes de chambre cubaines sont adorables et la terrasse très agréable. Petit-déjeuner médiocre.

Good value for the price
Covenient location near the Central station. Room was clean and modern. Good value for the price. The access to the room was not as convenient. Had to climb a few stairs with our heavy luggage.

We arrived just to find out that we needed to take stairs to our room. It was a horrible experience because carrying luggage up the stairs while pregnant. I would’ve never booked it if I knew. Bed was not comfortable and the shower head was broken so you had to hold it while showering. Breakfast was not great.
