3 Bedroom home with queen size bed in master, full size bed in 1st bedroom, and bunkbeds in kid's room. Also houses a full sleeper sofa bed and a queen air mattress. Additional play/sitting room with ping-pong table, recliner and other games and toys for the kids. You will also enjoy the back patio with an umbrella table while you're firing up the gas grill. Perfect getaway for the start of summer vacation
My vacation started off with great communication from Shawn who called me the day of my stay to welcome me to their home. Shawn offered up local recommendations like beaches and restaurants that we could visit. Very accommodating and the house was exactly like the pictures!! Very spacious, clean, plenty of towels and extra bed linens, beach toys, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen. It felt like home away from home. Shwan had easy home upkeep directions. Nothing complicated to follow. Loved the alarm system that I could control from my phone. Safe neighborhood no problems at all with neighbors. Very close to the beach. You can walk to the beach but just know the intersection is a very busy one to cross. We drove over instead. Will highly recommend this place to anyone passing through the Navarre/Destin/Pensacola location. Thank you Shawn for a welcoming stay! I look forward to a future stay.

Spring Break Baseball
The stay was last minute after our original condo was over booked. I think we ended up with the better spot. The house was perfect, far enough from the crowds but close enough to all the games and the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. My husband even said he’d come back as long as we could stay in the same house.

Lovely home near the beach.
Everything was wonderful and the host friendly and helpful! Lots of activities for family time are provided. Make sure you call ahead to gain access to the phone app which is used as the house key. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Perfect Stay
We loved our stay! It was perfect. The location is close enough to run to the beach and back in just a few minutes unless it is high traffic then may take 10. We walked to ice cream. The grocery store was close enough you don't need to leave the neighborhood. The house had absolutely everything! Cereal, coffee, creamer, soap, shampoo, toys, beach toys, and sooooo much more we just had to get general groceries. Plenty of towels and blankets. Really pretty much everything we needed was there! The pictures don't do it justice. It was really nicely decorated and pretty!
