So you went and checked the room before you signed the registration form you were given after signing the Credit Card receipt and according to you room was good so you completed your check-in and I gave you the keys to the room and now you are saying "High price for dirty maintenance?" Thank you for your review also no linen and towels were missing at all I checked after you left because you had very rude behavior with me at the check-in and also at the checkout, however, I did not mind it at the check-in since it was late night and I figured you were tired for being on the road, however, your behavior was the same in the morning like you had personally something against me. We appreciate your feedback the only possibility of your door being opened is you not shutting it all the way when you went out and as you know it was very windy that day. Since your room was being stayed over it was not given to the housekeeper to clean it and I did check the cameras no one had gone to your room all day. So I am sure it got pushed open with heavy wind since it was not shut properly.

Thank you for staying with us. Not sure what went wrong and how the service was terrible. The room was cleaned and inspected before check-in if the room had not been cleaned then It would not have been rented for breakfast according to you some of the food items were expired I wonder what items would they be since we have nothing but bread and yogurt with date code and I have not had any of that expired since we don't stock up and we get them every week.
