"We were in town for a wedding. This place was just what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and location was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had read reviews that mentioned the train which was good to know ahead of time. I made two casseroles to take to a brunch and the kitchen was stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils. We would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent stay at Nice and Cozy. Plenty of room for everyone and i ejoyed that the host had everhing we might have needed tonise. Although the hose was pretty clean, i would suggest a little dusting, especially in the corners in the upstairs bedrooms near the AC units. I would absolutely recommend this this place to anyone visiting the area. "

"This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly. "The cottage was our home away from home for a week while visiting our cousin who is going to school at UM in Ann Arbor. The home is a short drive (25-30 min) from the Big House, so it was perfect for a UM football weekend. If you're looking for a quiet escape with EVERYTHING you could think to need for a week on the lake, this is it. Our family of 5 had an amazing trip out from CA. Can't wait to be back."

"Very Nice home with updated bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Great entertainment area for watching movies when weather was not great. 3 full bathrooms and a great master bedroom suite. The lake view was very cool. and the dock area and boat very nice. The home is in a lagoon area so Not great swimming by dock but short way out the water clears up nicely."

One of the best hotels I've ever been to (no joke)
"I absolutely loved my one-week stay here. I was visiting friends and needed a large space to myself to compress for the week, and Hyatt Place Ann Arbor delivered. I have stayed at many luxury 5-star hotels in Europe and throughout my travels, and I'm not kidding - this Hyatt felt like a luxury stay! I was so impressed by how modern and clean the building/rooms were that I thought it must have been built in the last 6 months - turns out it's been there for years! Everything is so well maintained, quiet rooms, friendly staff who kindly made me a special iced Americano every morning. The gym was amazing! I didn't walk to nearby locations but there is a mall nearby, and Ubers were very easy to call from this location - about a 10 min drive to anything you'd want to do in Ann Arbor. I only wish I could remember all the staff names so I could give them a special thanks - highly recommend if you have a longterm stay and need a lot of space for a very good price."
