Very "proud" of their prices. Very lovely property. Room was quite small. Cost of parking car was high. We learned not to stay in a hotel just for the location.

Property licated a short walk from French Quarter (on the quiett side of Canal St). My first time in New Orleans and having visited I doubt i would ever recommend anyone stay in the French Quarter itself. For me, the Eliza Jane was close enough to the action to enjoy the restaurants but far enough that there was quiet

It was a very beautiful hotel building. Shopping was close by. The concierge was very helpful in setting up a swamp tour for us.

Lots of comfortable lobby space for hanging between excursions. Our room was very well laid out and could be made super dark for before dinner naps. An easy walk to most places we wanted to go. We’ll be back!

Beautiful boutique hotel, very well managed, friendly staff. Great location walkable to all areas from Canal street to Bourbon street Riverwalk all the top stops in New Orleans. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Perfect place for our first trip to New Orleans. We walked all over and took the cable car to explore the city. Eliza Jane was great because it was an easy walk to most places we wanted to go but allowed us to retreat to a quiet cozy room when we had finished our sightseeing for the day. Food was good. Bar was nice (we are not big drinkers). Really enjoyed the jazz ensemble in the evenings on the weekend.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was a boutique hotel that was walkable to the French quarters and close enough to anything you needed really! The room was nice and cozy and I loved the bike riding option that they provided. We used the bikes to ride to the French quarters. I’ll definitely return here

Recently stayed here for a week while exhibiting at the convention center. The place looks great and is a neat stay. The major drawback in my room was there was not a desk or place to work. This was significant as I needed space to layout my laptop and paperwork.

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel with really excellent lounge and bar area and vibe! Live music in the evenings (maybe just weekends?) which created great ambiance without overwhelming!

The vibe, the elegance the classy & welcoming bartenders and amazing food ! Did not like the added charges of $30 a night because I booked through Expedia that was very dissapointing. However, I absolutely loved my stay and will book directly through hotel for next visit.

I have stayed at several places in New Orleans and The Eliza Jane is the best. Great staff. Cool place, with an amazing lobby bar and outside patio. But quiet and spacious rooms, good gym, and literally a 2 minute walk to the French Quarter,

The Eliza Jane billed a 'Destination Fee' of $30 daily; this amount was not included in the daily rate of the original offer (it was in the fine print underneath). I may of picked a different hotel otherwise. Room was clean, but otherwise just so-so, several lukewarm showers, no shelves or hooks in the bathroom, no luggage stands, few hangers, etc.

The propertly was beautiful and the room was pretty. My biggest complaint is the fact that the hotel has charged me twice for the room and is doing nothing to help me resolve this.

AMAZING

Lovely stay for a girls weekend!
Lovely hotel with inviting staff and great amenities in a prime location. I traveled with friends and loved my room. Highly recommend getting a Magazine street view room otherwise you’ll be in a dark room with no windows.
