Clean room, beautiful courtyard, love the balcony style hotel. The only drawback was that the room was quite small with two double beds. But who goes to the French Quarter to stay in the room lol. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed before and after our cruise. The only complaint I have is our room was not ready by 3pm on our stay after our cruise and they knew we were their since 11 am. We wern't offered anything to compensate for our wait.,

The staff was fantastic. They were so helpful and friendly. The ladies at the front desk entertained my little cousin with ghost stories (although this hotel is not haunted). The hotel itself is as good as any other hotel I've stayed in while visiting New Orleans. We had no issues except for a scammer call us on the first night at 2am. The hotel notified us of that issue when we checked in, and I hope they resolve it soon. Other than that, everything was great. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, free breakfast was a plus. The location is fantastic. Right off of Canal which makes it easy to get to the French Quarter, yet across Canal so it's a lot quieter than the hotels right in the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again.

staff was very polite and helpful. quick to respond to requests. small pool was well kept. room was clean and fresh. 42" tv. nice breakfast - eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, muffins, bagels, waffles, juices, etc. only non-positive was the caulking in the bath area was not aesthetically appealing (looked like a novice caulked the tub). overall good experience and will use them again.
