Not sure about the bad reviews but for the price, it is an excellent stay. Maybe we cane when it’s not busy but i love that it’s gated, clean and well kept. Husge bonus that it’a pet friendly!

If you’re traveling with your family, this is not the place to stay. It is noise all night, beds are very small, bedroom smells mold. I do not recommend.

Sheet pillows cases was Stan room smell like smoke. No ice bucket in the room. The front desk said that they will send a maid to the room with an ice bucket. The made never came and the ice machine was broken.

The bathroom was dirty, pee on the back of the toilet seat. Our room was not serviced, they would not provide us with clean towels and the clerk was rude. Upon our request for towels we were told they were locked up and the clerk didn’t have a key to access them. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and security gate and that’s only if your room key works. Our key didn’t work.

I booked a suite multi bed room but got a double bed room. I walked to the front desk for the correct one but got another wrong room. When I told the staff who seems the boss of the hotel that this was wrong, he became very impatient even yelled at me. What a shame.

A good place to stay for the price. The staff were very courteous. This is an older property, but they looked to be in the midst of renovations and my room was clean, neat, tidy, updated, and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. I really liked that they had gated parking so that I was able to sleep easy knowing that my truck was safe at night.

The pool was closed for the season and no one informed us of that until my kids were in bathing suits. The bathroom was not clean at all. The phone and remote in the room did not work at all. And we were woken up at 4am to people outside fighting, cussing, and screaming and no one did anything about it.
