Do not stay at this hotel. Ever. First, it is an airport hotel, that lists airport transportation as a standard offering. However, when I checked in they told me airport transpo was not available, as their van was broken. Sorry. Well actually I do not think they apologized. They only offered to cancel the reservation if I wanted to go someplace else. No Uber reimbursements. I had two kids with me. Was I going someplace else at 6 pm? Also, in all of this insanity, I forgot to ask for the pack and play that they offer when I checked in. When I called the front desk they said I would have to call housekeeping in the morning to arrange that. I was leaving at 4 am for my flight as it is an airport hotel. So NO pack and play. Can I have a refund and leave I ask? No. Then about 30 minutes later after my kids were bathed and in their PJ's Front Desk person said she called Expedia and that they would allow a refund. HA. The whole stay was a nightmare. Except the front desk person at 4 am was really nice. Don't stay here.

This property was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It smelled amazing when you walked in and that continued into the room which was spotless. My interactions with the front desk staff were pleasant and they were accommodating.

Airport shuttle was down which is why i chose this hotel. Pool filter was running and the water looked clean and appeared to be fully functional but we were told it was closed. Otherwise it isn't a bad place.

I needed a place to stay after flying into New Orleans after midnight. This property is five minutes away. The staff were courteous and efficient. Room was clean and ready when I got in. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked. I would return if in the same predicament.

I booked this hotel for my red-eye flight specifically to use the convenience of the hotel shuttle. To tell me on the day of my booking that the shuttle isn’t working and then only offer a refund when I am already at the airport expecting to get a pick up. I am very upset.

This was one of the worst. The smell of cleaning chemicals was so strong in the room was making me feel sick the carpet was damp and felt sticky. The airport shuttle we were counting on was out of service and when we checked out at 5am to get to the airport we ran in to police and paramedics in the lobby assisting an overdose with narcan. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

We booked this hotel because they had a van to pick us up at airport but the van was broken so we had to hire an uber to get there. It would have been nice if they offered to discount our room or something but no we got there late they gave us a room by the elevator and we had to hear the elevator noise all night and some other noise from airport was heard as well. I would not recommend going there.

I specifically chose this hotel because there is a shuttle to the airport. They greeted me at checkin with the news that the shuttle is down and there is no refund or accommodation made. I noted there is no luggage rack in my room and they offered to change my room without any guarantee there would be a luggage rack in that new room. I expect better. .
