A wonderful hotel on the inside! The the rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. The restaurant, breakfast and drinks, are good and its staff is great. However, when you step outside you are right on the end of Bourbon Street, so you have the noise and stuff thag comes with it.

When we arrived we had to leave our luggage and find something to do. No problem. We were early. However, because they allow late checkout, that means your checking also have to be late. That was an issue because we had 5:30 dinner reservations and we wanted showers. Well, the hot water system was broken. No hot showers all night. We did get a room change and still the showers were Luke warm. They charge for everything, including water and a destination fee. Little communication from the office about our situation. Too expensive to stay and not have all the conveniences.

They need better communication. A resort fee hit my card after I checked out. No one explained the resort fee. It wasn't about the amount. They also would not let me use the rolling butler cart by myself.

We were upgraded to a suite; however, our rooms were facing Canal Street, and every night there were motorcycles racing through the streets, and the noises were deafening. On top of that, there was loud music until 2 am. It was impossible to sleep.

Overall, the hotel was very good. Very convenient. The food was good, but the service was very unorganized. Example; Ordered coffee with cream/milk. Came out with no milk. Took at least 5 minutes to get milk. Ordered oatmeal. Comes with brown sugar and milk. Oatmeal was bought to the table with neither. After asking twice, I was finished with my oatmeal before it was delivered to table.

A good hotel with nice staff. Only problem was that our room was booked with “view” but that ended up to be with view of the noisy swimming pool. We asked and got a quit room without view. I wish that was made clear as we paid more for the room with view but did not finally get one.

The Hyatt Centric staff were so friendly and accommodating. The doormen, bar staff, and concierge were all so welcoming and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The amenities here also were spectacular, we really enjoyed the food and drink selection at the bar. Jabari had great recommendations for restaurants, bars, and lounges. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

The Hyatt Centric In the French Quarter. It was walkable and convenient. The Hotel Service was excellent and accommodating. The Hotel food was great and the early morning coffee in the cafe with its bakery and other choices was good. As it is very close to Bourbon St it can get noisy.

Room is clean and very spacious. Since it’s right by Bourbon St. its a little loud but it gets quiet eventually and this is expected there.

Great location. Valet, bell hop, concierge and front desk were nice. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nice. I didn’t like the destination fee and a couple of the bartenders were not very pleasant. Aside from that, everything was nice.

The hotel lobby is set up very nice with e restaurants and bar. The room was spacious and clean. The door opened up to the courtyard on the second floor, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was efficient and reliable. The checkin and out was easy and convenient. The staff was always pleasant. The lication is right in the heart of the French Quarter. We would make this location our go to in NOLA.

The room was clean... Other than that everything else felt sub par for the rates. Lots of hidden fees, constantly very noisy, the whole block around the hotel was filthy with lots of vagrants constantly asking for money ECT. Did not feel safe allowing my girlfriend outside alone

Property was fine and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Lack of any room service or extended hours for food or drink poor. Menu fairly limited. No ability to get snacks or early / late evening coffee. Vending machines broken.

We really enjoyed our atay at the Hyatt. The concierge, Kevin was extremely friendly and had great suggestions for dining and tours. The location was convenient to Bourbon street and restaurants.
