Everything was fine except for the commutation abilities with some of the front desk staff. Both checking in and checking out, the assistants had such heavy foreign accents that even after asking them to repeat several times we still didn’t understand what they were saying. And it was important stuff not like requesting extra towels for instance.
So yeah, I could understand if we were in another country, but in the United States one should have a reasonable expectation that the assistant helping them can speak the language. It was a real hindrance dropping my rating from 5 stars to 3.
