“Great Choice”

Great location and really nice hotel for any trip to NYC. Nothing over the top but really clean, modern amenities and staff was very helpful. Only negative was the room service menu is pretty limited but given location, food options are not a concern.

“Stunning Hotel”

Couple in our late 20's staying for pleasure. Stayed one night in a corner room. Stunning room, very quick elevator to a higher up floor. Great staff, cute bar/restaurant, everything about this hotel was great. We did not do much around our hotel because we had friends on the Upper East Side. There is a subway station fairly close to the hotel, but we mainly took taxis everywhere we needed to go. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Also nice - was added security that hotel elevator and stair well could not be accessed without your key card

“Romantic Weekend Escape”

We were looking for a modern, chic and romantic long weekend escape. We found just what we needed. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and modern. Though small, the rooms maximized space with the furniture placement and design. The bathroom was so well laid out that it seemed twice as big as it was. The lounge was a great, comfortable place to refresh after a day of walking and before going out again for dinner. We were very pleased and would definitely return.

“My New Favorite!!!”

Great Hotel, very attentive staff, restaurant could be a little better for breakfast choices but wonderful hash browns. Take a pedicab to Time Square at night...Wonderful!!!! But bargain for price. Will stay there again on next trip!

“Good hotel”

Had a wonderful stay over there and wish to come back soon. Very good location and nice people. It was nicely designed and updated and very convenient as well. It could be even better if the room has a bath tub. I like the hotel very much.

“Great Hotel in a Convienent Location”

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were always asking if we needed anything and how our stay was going. They were able to accodomate all of our needs including holding our luggage after we checked out until we caught our shuttle to the airport. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The location was excellent; not far from Grand Centeral Station, and a short walk into Times Square.

“Graet Friday night at the Hyatt 48 LEX”

We were looking for a quality hotel in the midtown area that we didn't have to pay an arm and leg for. I did a search on Expedia for hotels; many were out of our price point. We found the Hyatt 48 LEX as a property that would fit our needs. Check in was very prompt, staff very friendly and informative. Our room was very clean, well appointed, bed comfortable, linens great, and bathroom nice. My wife missed the fact that the bathroom did not have a tub though. Pleasant one night stay, we will be back if pricing remains the same.

“New, Modern, and Great”

We had no problems with this hotel. Checkin was smooth, there was always someone available to help, cleaning service was spotless and the room was very modern and comfortable.
