“Manhattan's Best Hotel!”
Without a doubt, the Mandarin Oriental in New York City is the BEST hotel. Why stay anywhere else?
“Very impressed”
A fantastic hotel! I have stayed at most of NYC top hotels. I have to say that this one is my favorite thus far. The food, the service, the views -everything was impeccable. Can't wait to go back.
“Expensive and they charge for WIFI!”
We loved this hotel, and we didn't mind that it was expensive. But for crying out loud, don't make us pay extra for WIFI. When we called the hotel operator and asked why we were being charged for WIFI he laughed and said everyone pays for WIFI. We thought that was very RUDE!!!!
“Fantastic stay!”
Jenny at front desk and Joel at concierge graciously helpful. Breathtaking Central Park views from our room. Jetted tub at spa not to be missed. Close to everything luxurious-dining, shopping, entertainment.
“weekend for two”
hotel is great, expensive but very nice and clean, we did not have the park view, but the hudson view is pleasant too, we would recommend that hotel for a weekend stay for a couples, overall good experience
“The best hotel in NYC.”
Redefines what 5 star hotel should be. Great location. Outstanding service. Rooms with a view. Fine food and dining experience.
“One of the Best Hotel experiences of my life!”
I travel the world extensively and have stayed in many 5 star hotels during my life. My experience at the Mandarin New York was one of my best all around! The room was large, modern and beautifully decorated. It was a suite and although the full bath was large enough, it only had a single sink. The service was incomparable. Extremely helpful and truly at your service without being intrusive. The St. Regis had been my favorite hotel in New York but the Mandarin I believe has surpassed. It is very expensive and although a little further west than I typically like, I found the whole experience exceptional.
“Expensive but hard to match”
With views like no other in NYC, this hotel is expensive (you may need a second mortgage) but it's what you'd expect for what you get. Location, views, amenities, service all great.
“Awesome”
Awesome experience. Every thing was perfect.
“It's pretty nice but expensive”
Best location, good rooms, service's fine but such expensive
