“Not to good!”

Because I wanted a smokeless room with a king size bed we were but on the second floor and they had no elevators and stairs on the outside of the building. It wasn't good to have to carry our suitcases up the stairs

“Not again!”

When we got into our room, the commode was running and would not flush. It was a problem with the flapper inside the tank. We called the front desk and when it was inspected, we were told they would call the maintenance man to come fix it. An hour later we had not heard anything. I went to the front desk and was told that she couldn't reach the maintenance man and had the called the manager, but nothing was being done. I demanded either another room or a refund and was told there was no other room available as they were all reserved. I then suggested she give us one of those rooms and then deal with the problem with someone else. She finally agreed, but only had "smoking" rooms available. So, we had to stay in a smoking room instead of the "Non-smoking" room we had reserved. We were definitely not satisfied with our stay or accomodations.
