The space

Hardwood floors throughout, with a large open kitchen for cooking and entertaining, as well as 3rd and 4th story decks primed for watching the sun set or the moon rise over Newport harbor.

Park your car in our driveway, along with three spaces around the corner and a guest pass for street parking (total of 5 spaces). We have cable TV with Amazon Fire Stick,and high speed Wi-Fi. We also have Amazon Alexa with Concierge service. You are a short walk or drive from the beach, and the Cliff Walk, Mansions, and some of the finest restaurants in Newport. We have one of Newport’s most spectacular roof top decks, with amazing views of Newport harbor and bridge.
Newport is a incredibly dynamic location, with more food, fun, and activities than anyone can appreciate in one visit—hint hint. From the mansions to the famous Folk Festival, the seafood to the shopping, this favorite Rhode Island gem is chock full of things to do.

Getting around

Most everything Newport is walkable from our location. Guests get parking passes to make the local driving experience easier. There are also trolley tours, taxis, ubers, and a bikeshare.
