Girls Weekend

4 friends had a wonderful time in Newport, visiting the mansions decorated for Christmas. This home was perfect. Walking distance to the mansions. Close to restaurants. All the extras we usually have to purchase for our rental were provided. I would 100% recommend this rental for your next visit to Newport. THANK YOU, Gerard.

Wedding of nephew
The house is wonderful-fully equipped, very well maintained and decorated nicely! My husband and I and our family of 4 adults came to Newport for my nephew's wedding. The house is so convenient to downtown yet tucked away and quiet. It has gorgeous views of the water and plenty of outdoor comfy seating on 2 levels. The location was perfect as everything we did-the welcome party, dinners and hair salons, and church were all within walking distance so everyone could come and go independently-we had a fun wedding and a terrific weekend getaway! Gerard was so easy to communicate with although we had no issues at all! thanks we'll be back to this heavenly spot soon!

Fantastic Rental
This home was perfect for our (3 couples) mini vacation to Newport following our nephew’s wedding in Massachusetts. First of all, the location is ideal. It is within walking distance of shops and excellent restaurants. There is parking for one car in the driveway as well as additional spaces just down the street. The townhouse itself is welcoming and spotless and has all the comforts of home. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. We especially enjoyed the third-floor seating area to watch the sunset and enjoy appetizers before heading out for dinner. Our host, Gerard, reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us a restaurant recommendation that was excellent. Thank you! The only negative is that our stay was too short! We highly recommend this rental!

Everything about our stay was easy going. We enjoyed the property, the indoors and outdoor sitting areas were clean and comfortable. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and the bus was also a bonus. We would not hesitate to make a return visit.

Labor Day Weekend in Newport
Had an awesome Labor Day stay in Newport! The house is in a great location right by Thames and a quick drive to the beach. The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was very responsive if any questions came up. Would recommend and consider staying again!

Great spot. Great location
Fun couple nights. Very responsive ownership! Comfortable home. Lots of room for 4 couples. Bathroom on upper level is a little small but serviceable for sure. Owner was Super helpful and nice. My only corrective criticism is I’m not a fan of the floor unit ACs. They work fine but are a bit noisy Other than that all good!!

This house was everything it said is was plus more! The decks were incredible. The house was so clean and stocked with every kitchen and bathroom item you could want. It was a short walk to great restaurants and fun shopping. Gerard was available to answer questions whenever we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic house and location!
This was a great property and walking distance to all the spots we wanted to go to downtown. The rooftop deck was fantastic! The parking situation was also very convenient for downtown Newport. Overall such a wonderful experience!

Property was so clean and was walking distance to the water, restaurants, mansions, Cliff Walk, etc. It was the perfect vacation spot!! The only negative thing we noticed was that the water from the fridge dispenser came out extremely slowly. I highly recommend this property.

The property is just great! Very homey, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It was stocked with everything one could need. We were unable to use the rooftop deck due to a roof leak (no fault of the owner) and Gerard was exceptionally responsive and gracious about this. Overall, I highly recommend this property and Gerard as a host. We will absolutely return!

We just spent the best weekend at this property! Spent two nights with a bunch of girlfriends for a moms weekend. House was perfect! Location was great, walked to everything. House was clean and welcoming, plenty of space for all the ladies. Gerard was amazing, even called to make sure everything was as expected. We had so much fun, we would love to book again for next year!

Shared the house with three couples for the weekend. Easy cooking in the house with lots of tools and seasonings. Very close to all the restaurants. Too cold/ rainy to venture out too far. Comfortable beds, well supplied bathrooms and kitchen. Noisy neighbors.

Exceptional rental!
This was the perfect place for our family getaway over the holidays. The home was well-stocked, clean and had a nice layout for our group. Gerard was wonderful- extremely accommodating and even checking in on us over the holidays. It's an amazing location, with so many fun shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering Newport for a getaway.

Great location-fabulous terrace and rooftop deck.
Perfect size for family of five (3 teens) kids had their own rooms and tv’s (nice!) bathrooms on every floor, also great. Open plan family space perfectly adequate for our needs. We had a car with us but only used it once to go to the beach. We walked everywhere, great restaurants and shopping nearby. Awesome 2nd floor terrace and rooftop deck. Would love to return in the summer to enjoy even more. Landlord regularly checked in to see how we were doing. Would definitely return.

This townhome was in a great location in downtown Newport, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the mansions and the Cliffwalk. The property was very well-represented on vrbo.com and was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The host was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This property was spacious, homely, and spotless ! The hosts were also communicative and attentive. Myself, partner and our families were in Newport ahead of our wedding. The central location of this property and the division of bedrooms on each floor was perfect for togetherness and privacy. The Kitchen and living area are well equipped and with a large dining table you really are at home. Good food, family, and laughter ! (In our case wedding prep). Also, the parking was perfect, and you are literally a stroll onto Thames street and into the action. I cannot recommend this property and the host enough. We will be back !

Perfect location in Newport.
This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. With four queen beds, it is very comfortable. What I like most about this place is that it is at the end of Thames Street where it is a little quieter. There are still several restaurants within walking distance.

We had a wonderful trip. Able to walk everywhere and enjoyed sitting on the Third floor deck at night enjoying a glass of wine. Forth of July we got to see the fireworks display in harbor right in front of us! My favorite restaurant "Scales and Shells" is immediately around the corner, nothing better that! I would recommend to all!
