Staff was amazing. I’ve been in the hotel industry for 20 years, and I tend to be critical in the visible and invisible signs of a good hotel and this property hit them all. The guy at check in (last name Miller) and the young lady I saw multiple times (carts on Sunday, concierge on Monday) were great. They even made remembered my dogs name and commented on my Costal Carolina gear. Hotel was clean and safe. My son loved the pools. Pet friendly was nice, although I wasn’t exactly sure where to take him. Overall this was a great hotel and I plan to return.

Overall it was a great stay. Comfortable beds, nice layout of space, full size frig &stove, basic equipped kitchen(could have been cleaner) & easy access to the beach.

I did not like that we had to pay for parking and there was hardly ever any parking close available that was close to the hotel. Also, the beds were uncomfortable and it was just not a great experience. The parking situation is the reason I will not start at The Caravelle again. Hotel is run down and I cannot believe they charged for parking.
