"Nice place right out the door to the airport car rental return. It took 5 min. A bit disappointed that we couldn’t get some type of easy breakfast food to take with us on checkout because we had to catch a 5:45AM flight."

The front desk staff insisted we pay the pet fee “in cash” and they were very reluctant to give a receipt for this - said they always collect this in cash with no receipt - we requested a receipt be typed on letterhead and given to us which it was done with...

"I give this hotel 10 stars. Really clean & the pool was amazing, my daughter loved it. Also, loved that we had restaurants and the mall walking distance. Will definitely be back here if I ever come back to Texas. "

"The hotel was infested with roaches. I deep cleaned the room and housekeeping couldn't even provide me a new blanket and new linens. I presented the issue to the general manager, corporate, your organization, and the health department. I want a refund."

"Wouldn't stay here again, if it was the last place on earth!!!!especially if your a disabled/ handicapped person they do not want you there."
