The instructions to check in were problematic as the keycode was never sent (or never received). In that case you need to go to a different hotel across the street to get the info. The area is beautiful but not developed for tourists yet. "

I know they have a no-refund policy, but I would have thought there might be some forgiveness given the situation with the pandemic. Despite several tries, I was unsuccessful in getting a refund. "
