Very good value
Room was small but very clean and had everything you could want. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and staff were very friendly and efficient. Pool and grounds are great.

It was good. Upon check-in we were told we got upgraded to a "superior room", but in fact it was a normal room. I can imagine it's a trick to make customers feel privileged. Apart from that everything was OK. Breakfast is actually quite good.

Good Experience
The hotel gives a very relaxing atmosphere at every corner. The decoration is beautiful and their restaurant is delicious and at a great price. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The massage was good as well, although not cheap. I would definetely stay there again.

Close to the amenities but in a quiet area.
Outside of town and quiet, this is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Be forewarned, a car of your own will be necessary. The hotel is well signed, we were a little worried, would we be able to find the hotel?. But the hotel was well signed from the main road. The hotel might be a little sleepy for heavy duty party people, but they should probably stay in town and close to the tourist track. The hotel offers fine dining on site (rated), so no need to leave once you are there. We did go back into town for dinner at another rated restaurant, but took our breakfast at the hotel in the main dining room. There are spa services available for an extra charge, the car park is free of charges.

The hotel was nice. The staff on reception were excellent but the staff in the restaurant just ignored you. If you were later to come down to breakfast teabags had run out as well as some of the food. The cleanliness of the room was ok. Every day there was one thing in the room that was not clean or toilet rolls not replaced. The location of the room was directly under the resturaurant and was noisy early morning and late evening. The swimming pool was open every day to non residents so it was very busy. Most days we were unable to get a bed.

Great spa!
What made this stay great was the spa. I received a wonderful deep tissue massage and there was so much to choose from - sauna, steam room, multiple pools. The breakfast was also very good. The pillows in the (small) room were very uncomfortable but thankfully it was relatively quiet.

Overall the hotel and staff are good, but the poolside area is riddled with flies, so much that we left earlier than we wanted to. We understand that management have tried to eradicate the problem, but not enough has been done to make the stay a comfortable and pleasant one.

Beautiful hotel
We stayed here in April/15 just for an overnight stay after finding it on the website and reading the good reviews. Driving up the long road to the Hotel, and the only until glimpse was of debate seemed like a faded Hotel sign peering over the crops of the neighbouring farmland, I wasn't too sure on my choice. But my fears were dashed after turning into the beautiful property and seeing the hotel up close. The grounds and hotel are top notch, rooms are spacious and well appointed and the restaurant and wait staff are phenomenal. Unfortunately we arrived late in the evening and had a plane to catch in Lisbon so we were unable to utilize the spa or pools. I would stay here again for a relaxing two or three nights.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere!
On initial booking, the WRONG directions to the hotel were given! The hotel is hard to find, even with the right directions. The hotel is off in the country with no restaurants (or anything else) in the near vicinity.The breakfast was good; but, if you want warm eggs, you had better get to the breakfast room shortly after they are cooked. The parking is safe and adequate. There is no computer in the lobby for the use by guests. The outside pool was still closed on 5/28/13, and had not even been cleaned for any impending opening. There is a charge for the use of the indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and anything "extra." The bathroom is nice, but poorly lit. There really needs to be a shaving mirror over the sink, which is rather wide, in order to focus on one's face (especially, if you are over 50 years old)! There is a card in the room that says, "If you'd like your sheets to be changed please put this on your bed. A change in attitude or a change of bed sheets." I thought that this was rather insulting!

we loved this place
This was a little oasis in a charming little town. It was a bit out of the way from everything, but that's what we wanted. It was only about 10 minutes drive away from all the attractions. The rooms were spotless and well designed, and the food in the restaurant was outstanding and very reasonable in cost. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English. The property is surrounded by apple and pear orchards, so you could leave your windows open at night and hear the sounds of the crickets. A lovely little hotel.

This hotel has excellent facilities, the staff are unflailingly pleasant and everything was spotless. The only things that marked it down for us was the size of the room, which was a little small for anyone going there for more than a couple of days. The food was good, we had one excellent evening meal (though two original selections were not available) and one ordinary meal, but the breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is a little outside Alcobaca, so you will need to drive but it is signposted from the A8. We were intending to stay at the Your Hotel & Spa for a week but had to cut our visit short because of a family emergency, this was handled in a very professional manner and we departed wanting to return for a few days on our next Portugal trip.

bien , mais petits bémols: la chambre attribuée ( nous sommes restés deux nuits), donne sur un jardin clos, vis a vis sur les autres chambres, dommage d'autres donnent sur l'extérieur, et nous avions le bruit de l'ascenseur en résonnance dans la chambre. La chambre très humide (l'eau coule a l'intérieur des fenêtres, salle de bain triste à remoderniser ! miroir à revoir très dégradé ! l'humidité encore ! petit déjeuné très bien, diner bien mais cher ! le personnel est très bien ! spa agréable . attention pour y aller , mettre son peignoir en chambre, avoir un bonnet de bain ! sinon aller et retour ! la serviette de bain est donnée à l'accueil du spa et vous devez la redonner au spa ! manque 1 bouilloire avec café thé en chambre ce serait un plus pour cette classification d'hôtel.

Bel hôtel rénové aux eaux thermales bénéfiques
Cet hôtel a été merveilleusement bien rénové et est très confortable malgré la forte odeur d’égouts dans les chambres qui doit être due aux eaux thermales à même l’hôtel. Quite à rénover l’hôtel depuis que les eaux ont cessé d’être contaminées cette année, autant rénover la clim archaïque des chambres mais cela a dû coûter trop cher car pas fait. Je conseille toutefois à 100%.

O Hotel eh muito bom bonito. As instalações são ótimas e os funcionários são .ara olhos e de atencao extrema. Alcocaça eh uma cidadeinda e a região cheia de atividades. Pontos negativos a citar são o quarto ser muito pequeno e a piscina interna que apesar de ser foto do hotel no anúncio da Hotéis.com (portanto seu cartão de visitas) ela não faz de fato parte do hotel. Explico, ela eh do SPA e cobrada como extra de 12,5 euros por pessoa. Não deveriam porta to colocar a foto no site como se do do hotel ou deveriam informar o custo de 12,5 euros por pessoa na página principal do anúncio... De resto recomendo muito.
