"The house was located in a beautiful spot in Downeast Maine. The house was truly better than the pictures on the site! It was immaculate and decorated beautifully! it was generously supplied with all you could need and more. There were beautiful views from the many large windows. I loved all the gorgeous plants throughout the house. I took several walks around the neighborhood to view the many inlets and changing coastline ....so beautiful !!! The property manager was great at communicating...

"PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT. Excellent lakefront property. Hoise is well loved and cared for. Very clean. Plenty of outdoor area to run around. The penisula is a great spot for morning sunrises and catching some photos of loons. Many kayaks to enjoy time on the lake, laumch right fromt the beach. Plenty of indoor activities as well. The owners thought of everything when preparing the home for vacationers. There was not one time cooking that we didnt have what we needed. Kitchen is well stocked...

"We visit our son in Maine every year and this has been the best stay so far, the house is so beautiful and very clean. It is stocked with anything anyone could need. The beds are very comfortable, the sheets are top notch (I am very picky about my sheets..lol ) love that it had a washer/dryer, that sure did come in handy. This rental sure felt like home.. JUST PERFECT!!!! Oh and lets not forget the lovely back deck with a grill... the deer and turkey visit everyday. It sure was hard to leave,...

"Third time to Woodland Pointe! Have made trips in 2008, 2017, and 2024, each successively better and more impressive than those previous! This gem in the forests of the Bold Coast never disappoints and provides easy access to areas such as Acadia/Bar Harbor, Campobello Island, Grand Manan Island, and local hiking trails near Cutler. It is clean, warm, inviting, cozy, and simply feels like home! On a scale from 1-10, it is a total 10 out of 10!"

"This is a really nice place in a beautiful setting, overlooking the Narraguagus River. We saw a fox, deer and eagles. The open space on the first floor was perfect for our family - great views, lots of room to spread out, a wonderful gas fireplace. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen with a full size stove and fridge. The location is very private but it does not feel isolated - Cherryfield has a nice cafe, the Paisley Loon; and we also enjoyed Vasquez Mexican food and...
