Nice hotel with great staff!Posted Mar 3, 2015
Everything about the stay was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful, room was always clean and tidy. And the location is close to beach, restaurants, and pretty much everything else you need.

Beautiful, impressive, quiet, great locationPosted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: It was close to everything in Waikiki! Our room had an ocean view/lanai. There was a small store by the lobby that always had everything we needed.
Location: Obviously, the best attraction would be the beach at Waikiki! Walking along Kalakaua Ave. in the evening with the tiki torches lining the street.
This was one of the best hotel stays that we have ever experienced! The lobby, restaurant, concierge, valet, and shop was far beyond what we expected. The concierge was exceptional with her help booking last minute tickets to an attraction. The valet called taxi's for us that arrived within minutes! Our room was very nice and the bedding was crisp, clean and white, and very inviting. We slept better than we have slept in a long time. We booked 2 rooms, because our teenage son and older son came with us, and the hotel made sure they were in a room one away from ours. All of the staff was attentive and accommodating. Originally we were hesitant to book this hotel because it was posted that they were under construction. Looking closer at the posting it stated that it was only the pool that was under construction. Since we were only one block away from the beach we figured that we would probably not frequent the pool anyway. However we were worried that there would be construction noise. We were pleased that we didn't hear any construction noise - at all! Additionally, we were allowed access to 2 hotel pools near by. Our sons were actually in a room that was right next to the elevators and I was worried about noise there too, but they both report that they didn't hear any noise there either! Impressive! When we go back to visit Waikiki, we will definitely book this hotel again!

Hilton WaikikiPosted Feb 25, 2015
Hotel is close to everything but the room and balcony is small, view is average, and the pool was closed (wasn't told until the day we arrived). No microwave or kettle.

Great service and locationPosted Feb 25, 2015
We were lucky enough to have an early check in which was great. We also got a complimentary welcome hamper upon arrival. Really nice. The only thing was that we got a call from the hotel at about 11-11.30pm to check if we wanted them to bring it up then. Was a bit late at night to call the room after long few days of travel. But we were happy and very grateful for it. The staff at the front desk and lobby bar were always happy and helpful and were very welcoming. Great location to the beach and shops and could walk most places downtown, if not the bus stop was practically right out front. I would stay again and recommend.

Nice hotel within one block of beach.Posted Feb 25, 2015
Nice stay but bed was very uncomfortable. Pool was closed during our stay which was an inconvenience. Concierge services were excellent.

立地条件、スタッフ、良かった。Posted Feb 24, 2015
1日に、何度も部屋から出入りして、気軽にショッピングしたりしました。 歩いて出かけたり、ホテル前から乗れるトロリーに乗ったり。 家にいるような感覚で、とても、居心地が良かったです。 多分、次も、ここを選びます！

OverpricedPosted Feb 24, 2015
Despite getting the room "cheaper" online (staycation), this hotel was NOT worth $260 a night (after taxes, etc). Wayyyy too overpriced. There are no "wow" factors. The entrance to the hotel from Kuhio Ave (eastbound) is very difficult as it is a left turn into the property right after the traffic light, which means oncoming traffic drivers and their infinite inconsiderateness kept blocking the way for us to make that left turn. The grounds consist of a tiny outdoor fish pond. That's it. Also, we tried three times over a 15 min span to call for room service/breakfast Sunday morning, but the phone kept ringing off the hook. Which I guess is good, because I didn't feel like spending $10 for fruit. But it was very disappointing. The Starbucks coffee shop was hardly open, and when it was, no one was there to take orders! Where's the help? We waited for someone to show up for a good 10 minutes, then left. Where's the service? But, again, I saved money on overpriced stuff, sooo.... Positives: The rooms were clean, white bedding, we got the corner room which although was called a mountain view room, we got to see some of the beach/ocean since it was a larger balcony that wrapped around. Walking distance to lots of bars, shopping, restaurants, other hotels, and the beach. MAC 24/7 is a decent restaurant. Food was good, plenty of it. But again, it was severely overpriced. Not going there again, not worth it. It's a basic hotel. Not worth what they charge.

Great hotel. Staff very committed to great servicePosted Feb 22, 2015
Location: Great location, one block from the beach. An ABC convenience store right across the road.
We had a small issue with the TV. When raised with reception staff, they had someone up to our room to fix the issue within 10 minutes. They also removed a restaurant charge as compensation for our inconvenience. Every time we asked for something, it was delivered within 10 minutes. Staff seemed very committed to providing excellent service. Would definitely stay here again.

Central and close to beachPosted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Close distance to the beach.
Location: Central, good restaurants, shopping, surfing, swimming, strolling, Kings Village, Zoo
Nice hotel close to the beach. Unfortunately the Pool was under rehabilitation while we were there - however With a short walk to the beach that didn't have much to say. Good concierge service.
