“not impressed”

i have stayed at this hotel 5 times now. this time it was the worse the room was hot the A/C was not cool i complained about it it got a little better but not much. two mornings i took a cold bath there was no hot water. the bath room plug did not work

“Great Location”

The Sheraton Princess Kaulani is right in the middle of the Waikiki scene. It's convenient to the beach, the International Marketplace, inexpensive restaurants, and shopping. The room was small, but the bed was incredible. It and the pillows were soft, and it was wonderful to sleep in. We were in the tower on the 21st floor facing the ocean and had a great view of the water. The staff was really great. Parking was easy. If you like to go to sleep at 8PM, forget it. There is a band that plays in the pool area, and there's also street entertainers that will keep you awake. We would stay there again.

Area recommendations

North shore. East shore. West shore. Waikiki beach is convenient, but if you're looking to see alot of fish while snorkeling, that is not the place. Hanama Bay isn't that great, either.

“WONDERFUL Hotel!”

Beautiful hotel and great location! Right across the road from Waikiki beach. Hotel was beautiful would def consider returning! Highly recommend!

Area recommendations

Waikiki is a busy area right in the middle of downtown Honolulu. If you want more of a peaceful low key setting this may not be the place for you. However, this was perfect for us. It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see - Pearl Harbor, Waikiki Beach and all of the shops! Beautiful location and highly recommend this hotel.

“Needs an upgrade, but clean & good location”

The rooms and common spaces were very dated, but clean and well staffed.

“Will choose to stay at a cleaner hotel next time around. Hotel staff were all friendly.”

The room had an odor to it we could not get rid of. The carpet, curtain, and beddings were torn, old and in need of much repair. Water in the tub would not drain, though we did call the hotel maintenance and it was promptly fixed. We would most likely prefer to stay at another place next time.

“great hotel, excellent location, already planning next visit”

had a beautiful ocean view room on high floor the hotel has great breakfast buffett by the pool, with an efficient friendly staff all located in the heart of waikiki just minutes to the the beach. will definitley will stay at this hotel on my next visit.

“Nice views and location”

Was a nice place to stay. Was floored at the price of the breakfast buffet. $23.50 per person was not worth it. Other than that great place, just make sure to eat breakfast elsewhere.

“Sleepless in Honolulu”

Took over 40 min to ck in. Ask for high floor, given 3 floor. Ask for quiet Rm, but given Rm next to freight elevator, ice machine, and out my window is right above huge AC 4 kitchen, imagine all kind the noise for a light sleep business man has to go work early every morning. Sleepless in Honolulu. sad........

“I'LL BE BACK”

Loved the location, entertainment, and hospitality of the staff!!! But the pigeons are a problem when they jump up at your food at the tables.

Waikiki because everything is there that you need. I only had trouble locating BofA ATM.Halloween was freaking awsome and fun!!!!!
