A good night stay with our Yorkie
Cleanliness and smell, a 5 star Friendly staff, not hurrying and accommodating. Breakfast is something you don’t need to ask for more. Parking seems not enough when hotel is full. People double sided outside the lobby.

Had another wonderful stay. I have to say the staff is awesome and inviting. Always a smile when I check in. If u need extra towels, water or an additional 15 min after checkout time it is taken care of. I will say even the maids and the cooking staff are great. Happy employees usually mean good Management. Such a great hotel, family friendly. Free bottle water in the lobby was nice! So clean, nice pool for the kids. Great Laundry room. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet was so delicious! The variety of food was amazing for the price of the hotel and to top it off they had pumpkin spice waffle and coffee! No need for Starbucks! Thanks You for the amazing service.

The hotel and staff are very nice, however the amount of chlorine they use to clean the pool exceeds the limits, my wife 34-year-old, myself and our 6-year-old son suffered an eye crisis after using the pool on Saturday night, good thing there was a Walmart around the corner and we bought eye drops. Please Hampton Inn we have stayed with you so many times but this could makes us reconsider and use Holiday inn or a different property for future times, we have used this hotel endless times, please dounle check the maintenance chemicals to make sure Guest's stay is more comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Union City. Booked through Expedia but the system didn’t have my reservation. The general manager went all his way and solved the problem. We were able to check in right away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location whether you drive or take transit. Highly recommended!
