"We stayed at the Rim Resort for two nights. The location is excellent just a few minutes drive to the airport and a few minutes walk to Wat Phra Singh , Wat Chedi Luang and other attractions and restaurants in the Old City area. There is also a 7Eleven store and a family run Thai massage parlor near the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. We did have a couple of meals at the Canal restaurant which was good and not too expensive. The hotel is quite old and for our bad luck the rod holding...

"Location is good for access to the old city but it is opposite a school and noisy, due to the loud speakers used in the school. Also, there is a muay thai gym next door which is also sometimes noisy...not to mention the street noise and the Sunday street market outside the hotel..Staff are friendly but work in the gym next door so are not always available."

"When I arrived to check in I was forced to wait for almost 2 hours in the lobby, because they couldn’t find my Expedia reservation. "This is really a nice place. While it is right in the Chang Mai old town, it is very quiet and full of green plants. The breakfasts are excellent and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting us in our tourist visit."
