A Family getaway w/ Nana & Papa

"My sister & I took my mother & father (Nana & Papa) on a trip to this beautiful house in April 2024. The house location was breathtaking & the house was amazing. The only small issue we had was the wear on the TV room table, chairs (I was nervous to have my 84 year old parents sit in them the legs were not sturdy) & the upstairs shower head started spraying every where by the 3rd day prior to that the shower was heaven. I just think making these small changes would make for a safer stay but I do want to say if we booked again we would absolutely book here. The contact was so FAST to respond & we absolutely would rebook here. Thank you for making our week w/ our parents so special!"

Beachside heaven

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. We walked the beach during the day , drove to OOB for meals and sightseeing. It was just perfect and we will definitely stay there again. Thanks a lot to management and the owners for having a great rental, clean, modern perfect in all ways."

Great place by the ocean

"Very large spacious house. Well set up and a good place to hang out with a bunch of people with ready access to the beach. Only things missing are a few more trash baskets, perhaps a bit more instructions in a book--took me some minutes to figure out how to turn the lights on and off in kitchen and living room. But these are minor bugs. Basically the place lived up to our expectations--which were high!"

Most beautiful view you could imagine

"Some houses say they are "on the beach". This gem is ON THE BEACH really! Just steps from the back porch. We LOVED it. We traveled to different places daily but always made sure we were back in time for our beach walks. Our host was fabulous so I can't say enough about her quick actions with any issues we had. We did have a small housekeeping issue but that was definitely not her fault and she fixed that issue quickly. I would most highly recommend this house to anyone and everyone. The house was well-stocked to meet all our needs. The 6 of us were really sad to leave this amazing place!"

Cozy Costal Cottage ~ Prime Location ~ Just Seconds from Hills Beach!

Clean, well-equipped unit with great neighbors!

"This unit is one-side of a duplex, equipped with everything you need for a restful stay (except stove/oven, as noted in the listing, but with microwave, grill and air fryer, you can still make dinner). The space is clean and tastefully furnished, and the owner is very easy to work with. I would suggest bringing your own pillows, as each sleeping spot in the home gets only one pillow. Towels and linens are excellent quality, and the little touches are there - a bin of "in case you forgot" emergency supplies, wineglasses in the kitchen, clear instructions for checkout. We loved our time in Hills Beach!"

Beachfront Family Retreat Cottage and Carriage House

Gorgeous + relaxing mini vaca!

"What a beautiful property.. We have been going to Maine for a annual family trip for about 25 years and as our family has gotten bigger, we get more cramped on our vacations.. Not here! At one point there were 18 of us at the house and not once did we feel cramped. We hope to rent again next year if the house is still available. Also, Nick, the property manager, was always extremely helpful and answered very quickly when we needed him. Thanks for a great stay!"
