We liked the location was in the middle of everything and made for cheap Ubers to old San Juan and condado and La Placita. We felt the hotel was very modern and the room size was nice. However, there were some inconsistencies with the cleaning and we had a minor issue with the AC. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. Hotel is under construction in some areas. Room was very comfortable and updated. Rooftop restaurant was excellent. Beach was great and the chairs, umbrella and towels was included. Will definitely return.

The Royal Sonesta Hotel is definitely HIGHLY recommended. The location is great, food was amazing (little pricey, but worth it). The views of the pool and beach were stunning. The staff all very nice and professional. My room was nice, I did spot a few stains on the rug and the couch that’s why I gave a 4/5 stars. Other then that, the hotel is very clean. This was my first time coming to Puerto Rico and the Royal Sonesta definitely left a good impression. Thank you for a great experience!

The hotel room was beautiful, I did not want to leave. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. We did not try the hotel restaurant because there were many restaurant choices within walking distance. The property is not a large hotel with one small pool and a jacuzzi, but worth the stay. I'd book again.
