"Great location in Old San Juan. Stayed here for a wedding in the Hotel. Reception there was fantastic! The Hotel was an old Nuns Convent restored to a Hotel with its original vibe and the area surrounding it still has the original vibe of and older Puerto Rico. It has 5 stars but don’t expect a US version but a quaint and comfortable older rendition of the past with modern comfort. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Some of the staff seemed to be bothered when we had a questions. There was one staff member that was nice at the front desk, she was kind. The Wi-Fi at the hotel was horrible. Which meant you didn’t have a TV "

"Only thing I did not like was the shower, old and needed rehab, everything else was great. The lobby has a wow factor along with the pool. You could enjoy a lot at just the hotel including snorkel, paddle boarding, scuba etc And even beach. Then just do other stuff around old San Juan to get a taste of the local environment."
