Although the bed was quite comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was good, the property was quite worn down: carpets throughout looked dirty and spotted, the bathroom fixtures were pitted and had a moldy edge. And, the tub in our room did not work -- no stopper, and no stopper available in the hotel (and my stay lasted three nights). The television/cable did not work, providing only three of the 25 stations that should have been available. And NO ONE could come and fix it. Except for one young woman, the staff -- both at the front desk and in the dining room -- was inattentive and unresponsive. Not a great place to stay.

Nice property. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and good breakfast. I was nervous when we pulled up because the outside of the building was in bad shape. I was happy the inside was much better.

Access to coffee needs attention. You really ought to invest in Keurig machines and half and half for in the room. I went downstairs to get coffee, and the antiquated machine did not work. Not a good way to start the day for those who rely on coffee to start the day. Most hotels at least have coffee available in the lobby.

The hotel is very clean, decor is a bit dated and brown but very clean which is most important. Breakfast is limited on hot food just scambled egg and sausage. Cutlery is plastic knives and forks and paper plates.

Wife and i stayed because we were in area for a show. Requested late check out as we knew we would be back very late. Housekeeping knocked on our door waking us up an hour before our check out time. Was told by front desk that they dont control housekeeping and not their fault. Breakfast was also not good as we were given expired yogarts and told by front desk that isnt their fault as it is provided by outside vendors. No accountablity by staff is very unprofessional and i DEFINITELY wouldnt stay here again which is unfortunate because the bed was actually comfortable. Also the cleaning staff and hotel staff allowed their kids to make waffles at breakfast 1st instead of PAYING CUSTOMERS whom had to wait to make theirs. Again when told, just got a shoulder shrug by staff and told the manager wouldnt be available till monday afternoon

Beds were great comfortable loved pillows too Not enough waste baskets only 1. TV outdated. Rooms clean and fictional. Overall grounds need ouside lighting and sprucing up. Puplic Restrooms poor. Didn't eat there quality unknown.Pool was nice& gym basic Both were clean & maintained.Staff very accommodating work hard, & helpful. Overall mediocre value for the $$$. Your paying for Location by the shore,close 95 & 9 local area attractions.

The heat was not working in the room, and over half of the dish TV channels did not work. Was told the the selection of channels was different per room based on issues. Would not stay there again.

I most likely wouldn't come back
The room was ok, not great, the lighting in the room was very dim, could be brighter, the water in the ahower was luke warm, not hot at all, what a bummer, the key for the room didn't work and i had to go down to the front desk to have it reprogrammed twice, very inconvenient when coming in late at night, the service was friendly i have no complaints about that, the breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, but the coffee was disgusting. If you cant afford anything better it ok but if you can, i would suggest another hotel.

Had to wait 30+ minutes for someone at the front desk for check-in. Room was nice, pretty clean. Ice machines didn’t work and the pool was closed for some kind of construction project, which stinks bc that’s a major reason we booked here. Breakfast was pretty good too. It was an okay stay.

The staff at the desk was pleasant and friendly. The rooms had stains/debris on drapes, ceiling, walls and side of toilet. The shower and vents were worn and had mold starting. The vents in the elevator were clogged with dust and bacteria.

This hotel was fine for the price. Good sized room and it was clean. Limited elevator (1 for all guests) that was small, considering. But it worked, and a little bit of walking to a room won't do us any harm. I would stop here again.
