"Very safe and clean experience- friendly welcome for reception desk every time I passed. Private curtains around bed plus huge storage drawer underneath that held my entire rucksack! Showers clean, hot and powerful. Lovely breakfast with fresh pastries and loads more choice in pleasant area. Recycling points everywhere. Lots of space in room. Women only room plus next door toilets/showers. Lovely hostel, the best I've stayed in!"

"Disappointing experience. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. The room was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves, it was a tiny studio flat with a bed so small we could barely sleep, I...

"Easy Check-in. Helpful staff, always there for you to help. Many restaurants nearby and many transport links are available. Right across Hyde Park, some minutes away from Oxford Street and less than about two minutes away from the Paddington station where my train got me and took me back to the airport. The location is very convenient and the kind owner is always there to offer sightseeing advice as well as a hot cup of tea. As for the rooms, they were clean and quiet. The only bad part was that...

"We liked that we could eat in or out. Unfortunately the room we had was only single glazed and over the road from our room was a Sainsburys local that had late night deliveries."

"The location is very convenient. There are lots of eating places within walking distance. The tube station is close by, as well as, there is access to a grocery just next door to the station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I liked having a kitchenette in my room. This gave it a home like atmosphere. Would definitely be recommending this place to others and would definitely be staying here on my next visit to London."
