"This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M"

"Overall, the property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a decent location and easy to get around. The train across the street was a tad noisy but not too bad. There is a lot of flight traffic directly overhead and planes are arriving approximately every 5 minutes. If you are a light sleeper, this may effect your sleep."

Our stay got off to a bumpy start when we realized there was no hot water, and it was too late for someone to come out. "Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips.
