It was okay but the service was very poor couldn’t use are keys to get in room the second night was told that only had us booked for one night although we paid for two and room didn’t get cleaned by housekeeper even after we asked her to

I loved the ease of getting back on the main road, as well as a near by WalMart. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The 24 hr fresh coffee was appreciated.

Hotel staff were very friendly and room was updated with a more modern look. The room was pretty clean and bed was fairly comfortable. It was also quiet as the hotel sits off the main road into town.

There wasn't much of a swimming pool and no hot tub!!! Could of had more of an option for walking the dogs.

Probably stayed here five different times since it opened. Very consistent. Recognize some of the staff and canteen crew from previous times. I hope the new ownership will not compromise on the quality that I count on.

Surprisingly Amazing Hotel
Wow! What an amazing hotel with great rooms and is CLEAN! The bed was comfy and there was plenty of space to lounge in the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful and there was a pool and fitness center. Free breakfast was a plus, too bad I was on the run in the morning. Will return on my next visit.

Breakfast was subpar. Bed wasn’t as comfy as last time as it seemed the mattresses are showing wear where others slept. Good location and still nicest hotel in town.

In the middle of nowhere the staff was superior. Helping with minor issues having been broke down. The room was superb. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to rest.

I was brushing my teeth at the bathroom sink and a cockroach ran across the vanity. This hotel is fairly new so it was a big surprise to see this happen. The hotel looks to be in great condition and clean.

The staff were friendly and great. The breakfasts tasted fantastic. Everything was clean and in order. Felt very safe there. I would recommend to everyone if they have to go to Olney IL to stay there.

Absolutely stay there!!!
I will definitely look for more best westerns to stay at in the future. I was in the middle of know where IL and my daughter picked because of pool. Ended up being amazing stay. The breakfast was amazing and has a bunch of newer equipment to make pancakes and yogurt machine. I was super impressed and I have been to some big time hotels. I would take this all day everyday. Super clean and new feeling.

Don't even consider staying elsewhere.
Personally, the only place to stay in Olney. Room was clean. Breakfast had good choices with plenty of seating for distancing if desired.
