The sheets on the bed had blood on them and it turn out it wasn’t just my room another guest had complained about the same thing.

Clean room but wifi didn't work most of the time. No ice machine and no laundry room. Young tall man who worked during the day acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us spend our money there.

Room had a hole in the wall in the bathroom, walls had what appeared to be blue soda stains all over them. The room had a musky smell to it. When we asked for a refund and to have accommodations changed it was denied. Will never stay here again.

Last minute two night Disney Trip. The Good Lots of free parking onsite. Easy 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney Bed was firm and comfortable Massive TV with lots of channels. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The Not So Good Front desk took 2 photocopies of my credit card. We arrived late at night and I didn’t want to fight about it so I let it go. When I asked upon check out they said it would be shredded but didn’t offer to do that while I was there, or give me back the copies. I probably should have asked a little more firmly than I did. No daily housekeeping. This wasn’t a huge deal for us as it was just two of us and we are fairly tidy but a family could find this troublesome. The Bad Wifi was essentially non existent in our room. It spun and spun. We found that we had better service in the parking lot which was closer to the front desk. If you really need it, ask for a room closer to that area. Our room was on the second floor second from the end. At times it felt like Katella was running right through our room. The street noise was crazy. At all hours. Would I stay here again? Yes, if the price is as right and I didn’t need more than 2 nights. I would just request a room closer to the “lobby”.

I don’t mind the stay because i wasn’t in the room the whole time, would i stay again? no. Pros: 1. cheap 2. parking was easy 3. some close places to eat but you have to drive to them. Cons: Super loud you can hear everything Staff is not friendly and they do charge at $130 without ur knowledge but they say it’s a deposit so just stay on top of the charge

Beds were comfortable. Never before seen a bed made with the blanket against your skin and the sheet on top of the blanket. No maid service while we were gone all day. Upon return, tried to get fresh towels but host was unavailable for quite a while. Worst part was the host/manager knocking on our door 10 minutes before check out time to kick us out. Very rude. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights for the Disney Half. You can hear EVERYTHING. We had the adjoining room playing music at all hours through the night and can could hear the people above us having full on conversations as if they were in our room. Pillows cases were not clean. Ten days prior I was charged a random $134 from the hotel that no one had an answer for and waiting to hear from Hotels.com

Me and my family we’re staying here close to Disneyland and it was horrible the room was really run down, cold, and they had construction early on the roof around 8/9 am! I was not happy I have a 1 year old infant. The only nice person at the front office was the lady all the men were very rude especially to my boyfriend.

Parking easy to get in and out. The only bad thing is the thin wall. I can hear everything in the next room. Our room was clean. For the price and convenience not bad at all.

Loosing sleep
Check in took a long time even when there was no one before us. This hotel has no elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage to the 2nd floor. Also, the entry door has no seal and makes it very noisy and difficult to sleep, not to mention the ease of bugs entering. Their desk had no chair and when I asked they said it was being cleaned. This hotel also has no ice machine , so a soda will have to go without it.

The beds are definitely not queen sized! We arrived around 9pm and our bathroom light wasn’t working and the employee said they wouldn’t be able to fix it until the next morning.. after going back and forth for what felt like hours about the beds and lights, we finally got switched to a room with working lights and actual queen beds. So, if you book a room with queen beds be prepared to have a room with full/twin beds to argue with the staff until you threaten & demand a refund for them to give you a room with actual queen beds. Other than that, everything was fine.. let’s just say you get what you paid for- even then it wasn’t worth it.

Its a very quaint Inn! The inside didnt have carpet so that is a plus for me. You couldnt hear the upstairs neighbor or on the sides so even better. Could walk to Disney in about 20 mins.

They try and give you full size beds claiming they are queens, and won’t refund you. They lied multiple times in regards to the beds and finally gave in saying that they try and keep the queen beds for walk in customers not online bookers. I don’t recommend this place at all…

Good location, walkable to downtown disney. The room was clean but it took a few days of asking for the room to be serviced for it to actually happen - cleaned only once during our 5 night stay. Not enough towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. We had to ask a few times to get any. The guy at the desk said, didn’t I give you toilet paper yesterday?? As if we were trying to scam him. Water pressure sucked. Could be a decent place to stay for a totally reasonable price if they put in a bit more effort.
